It was nice stay and the location also is perfect, rooms are super clean and enjoyed staying in this hotel

first time I went to this place, the breakfast was good, the service ok, and I particularly appreciate the view from my window, and the fitness room. So I definitely recommend this hotel if you search a nice place, very quiet to have a rest or to exercice your body.

Great value, gym was excellent for a hotel. Pet squad racks, free weights, over 12 machine, machines, freeway, barbell, bench press, leg press, and over overlooked the street well

Everything was great. The view of the lake from the room was even better than we were expecting.

The place is really nice, I like the apartment nature of it. The service is desk is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of amenities- I really appreciated the washing machine and being able to steam my clothes. The gym- is a bit inconvenient as it is in the other hotel- one has to take an elevator, then walk to find it. The cleaning service is good but we ran out of shower gel and it wasn’t replaced, also, the room wasn’t swept. The bed was made as well as towels replaced. The coffee shop downstairs is very good (they can speak English- well one of the ladies can. Overall, we had a good experience.

Location: Driving from Shanghai for 108 kilometers, it takes about 1.45 hours. Facing East Taihu Lake, there is no obstruction in front. It is the best view position of Suzhou Bay Hotel together with Hengli Hotel, so if the economic conditions allow, you must book a lake view room. Turn right after leaving the hotel, cross the road, and walk for 3-5 minutes to Suzhou Cultural Center, including cinemas, theaters, museums, and digital museums, which are all free to visit. You can also go directly to the Taihu Lake and walk for 5 minutes to the observation deck. On weekend nights, you can go to the lakeside in advance to reserve a seat to watch the musical fountain, the sunset, and the market. There are also beer bars open until the early morning, with many types of beer. Environment: The hotel building is tall, the environment is bright, the interior design is young and modern, the lobby public space is large, there are free tea and candy, and there is also a coffee bar at your own expense. The noodles are good, and the small vegetarian table is especially delicious😋There are also other Chinese and Western snacks, dishes, tea and coffee, and fruits, but the variety is a little less. The apartment hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is one next door. There is also a restaurant at the wedding center, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Guting Hotel is a newly opened chain store, and the taste is good.

The takeaway was delivered to the wrong place and helped to find it and sent a robot to deliver it. When checking out, the beautiful lady in the front hall, Xiangxiang, was very friendly and gave a small gift. My family likes this place very much. The hotel is in a great location! The room is large, 2 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms, and the living room is large. Suitable for family or friends gatherings, we are satisfied with the front desk service👍 The breakfast is also very rich. There are freshly cooked noodles and wontons and a variety of other delicious foods. The gym and swimming pool shared with the hotel next door are also very clean, the locker room is clean, spacious and beautiful, there is a washing machine to dry swimsuits, and there are many gym equipment. The parking lot is spacious and bright in the underground garage, and it is free for guests staying in the hotel. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is quite good among similar hotel apartments. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are changed every day. The parking lot is free for guests, and you can also share the hotel's swimming pool and gym. The Suzhou Bay Grand Theater is opposite downstairs. It is the best choice for watching performances.
