Great value, gym was excellent for a hotel. Pet squad racks, free weights, over 12 machine, machines, freeway, barbell, bench press, leg press, and over overlooked the street well

Everything was great. The view of the lake from the room was even better than we were expecting.

The place is really nice, I like the apartment nature of it. The service is desk is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of amenities- I really appreciated the washing machine and being able to steam my clothes. The gym- is a bit inconvenient as it is in the other hotel- one has to take an elevator, then walk to find it. The cleaning service is good but we ran out of shower gel and it wasn’t replaced, also, the room wasn’t swept. The bed was made as well as towels replaced. The coffee shop downstairs is very good (they can speak English- well one of the ladies can. Overall, we had a good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, facing Taihu Lake and the scenery is excellent. Entering the lobby, the spacious and bright space and elegant decoration are eye-catching. The front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in procedures are quick and efficient. Manager Wu in the lobby was the first to deliver warm Tremella soup. To be honest, the taste is really good, which made me feel warm and at ease during the tired journey. The layout of the room is warm and comfortable, and every detail shows quality and care. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The room is fully equipped and very well maintained. The clean and tidy bathroom is equipped with high-quality toiletries, giving people a feeling of being at home. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is a pet-friendly hotel, and it is recommended for dog lovers to stay. 👍

The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. I stayed for two nights and was arranged in a lake view room on the 20th floor. The room has a sofa, kitchenware, simple tableware, and a washing machine. Compared with ordinary hotels, it has a more family atmosphere. I learned that it can also be rented for a long time. It is very cost-effective and suitable for long-term business trips as a dormitory. Special thanks to the lobby manager Zhang, who is professional and polite.

This is my second stay. The hotel service is as good as ever. The front desk waiter is very enthusiastic and upgraded me to a suite for free. After checking in, a warm-hearted lady ran over and brought me two cups of Tremella soup, which really made me feel at home. I was surprised when I walked into the dining room. The room is a two-bedroom and one-living room layout. It is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, induction cooker and cooking utensils. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake while lying on the bed. The underground garage is very large, and there are charging piles, which are more friendly to self-driving new energy car owners. In short, it is very cost-effective and worth the money.

A friend recommended Suzhou Hengli Youke Apartment, located next to Taihu Grand Theater in Suzhou Bay, Taihu Lake. It felt better than what my friend described. The hotel is very new and the decoration is full of artistic design. I went to the front desk to consult. The customer service staff Chen Yaxuan and another little girl Wang Ying kept smiling and patiently answered my questions. I felt the professionalism of the hotel service staff, which made me feel warm and at ease at home. I will recommend more friends to come here next time.

Staying at Hengli Yoko Hotel this time is truly fate. In the past few years, I have always liked Taihu Bay in Wujiang. I often stay in hotels from Le Méridien to the Hengli Hotel next to the Suzhou Bay Grand Theater and the surrounding B&B apartments. This time when I booked Hengli, I saw Youke Apartment Hotel and decided to give it a try. I went with a trying mentality and left a cordial impression during the pre-interview with the hotel's duty manager Zhang Jiahao before checking in. What I saw after going to the hotel was a warm feeling and a very happy mood. You feel like home when you enter the room, with complete facilities and a beautiful and clean environment. It is really the most satisfying time I have lived in Suzhou Bay. Aunt Wang in the breakfast area and Aunt Lin, the cleaning lady on the 18th floor, provide enthusiastic and responsible services, and the duty manager Zhang Jiahao is even more hands-on. All requests are answered. Thank you to everyone who contributed. I want to live here as my parents.

The hotel is in a good location, located in the Suzhou Bay Taihu Scenic Area. There are convenience stores, shopping malls, and outlets nearby. The hotel facilities are very new, and the decoration style is modern and simple. The service is good. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and explains clearly. If you have any questions, send them a WeChat and they will reply quickly and solve them in time. The breakfast tastes great and has a full variety. The waiters in the breakfast room greet you with a warm smile every day. A very perfect accommodation experience. I will book it next time and recommend it to my friends.

Although there is no chance to enjoy the sunset due to weather reasons, the hotel room is facing East Taihu Lake, and the lake view is very beautiful.
