We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again. 이 부장님, 고맙습니다. 정말 잘 했어요. 😊

We were a family of three, just looking to sleep, and had a wonderful stay. The interior looks like it's been renovated! We had a great stay in this clean place.

The room was good, exceeding my expectations. Clean and tidy. Although the room was not large, it had everything I needed, making it very convenient for a business trip. A good choice. Highly recommended.

The room is clean, the front desk is nice, the internet speed is comfortable, the computer configuration in the room is also good, there is a knife-cut noodles restaurant downstairs that has a long queue. Overall it is okay, recommended

I stayed here for two nights with my dog, and it was a little uncomfortable. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this might be a good option. It's quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Oh, and I think there's a larger room, but I didn't see it, so I'm not sure.
