Great clean room. Just a few short minutes from the next metro station and a mall right across the street. You can also walk to 北外滩 which is less crowded than the usual Bund an pretty close.

Nice location, friendly staff and really appreciate the reception Coco Shen, nice service. Room is tidy and clean, will recommend a stay here if you're travelling to Shanghai.

The staff were extremely dedicated and enthusiastic. They helped us make reservations for lunch, dinner, and also arranged transportation for us. The hotel was very clean, fragrant, and the location was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Shanghai.

8/10 Prons: 1. Location is great. 2. Great service and very good amenities. 3. The room is spacious and well equipped. 4. Early check out without extra payment (I highly appreciated that). Cons: 1. There was a strong smell in the room at the begging. 2. The windows are facing a busy street, so if you’re a light sleeper, it may be challenging. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is ideally located and the staff are accommodating even though they speak very little English. It was also very quiet and peaceful once we were in the room. The main problem was the quality of the room. I chose this hotel because it said it was recent (2023) so my expectations were high for the room and the amenities. Throughout our whole stay the sliding front doors of the hotel were broken which meant that to enter the lobby you had to go through a smaller side door that was heavy to open. Not easy when you have suitcases. Also our room had a very strong chemical smell and damage to several of the walls and the furniture was broken with drawers that wouldn’t close. The hotel staff did provide some support by placing an air purifier and offering for us to change rooms.

Made a long distance call to the counter staff 2-3 weeks in advanced that we will arrive at 12mn and requested to stay at the same level - counter staff happily promised and informed that my booking number for both rooms are being taken down. On the checked in day itself, the counter staff apologised that this was not taken down and no indication was being made. In addition to that, there was only one staff for night shift when there was a few people queuing for checked in and this delayed our room checked in process - the whole checked in process took about an hour! After the whole delayed process, we booked a non-smoking room but the room was filled with smoke! The cleaners did not even bother to 1) air the room since we only checked in at 12mn, 2) there is an air filter in the room and it was not switched on as well to get rid of the smoke smell, 3) spray some air fresheners to get rid of the smoke. Are our human lungs being treated as an air filter to help the hotel to filter the smoke? The shower room does not have a designated place to hang clean or dirtied clothes for changing. Knot in the shower room door is so small and with the suction of the rubber in between the door, it made it hard to open after shower. The room is spacious and comes with a window to the walkway?! Cleaners did a good job in making the bed on a daily basis, some replenish the toilet papers and some don’t - we need to request for it when it’s about to run out. One major big problem - there is no designated carpark / drop off and/or pick up place for a vehicle to drop off or pick up the passengers. Our drivers have to park in between the zebra crossings. Else some of our drivers will need to drop us off illegally making us panicking getting up and off our rides.

Great hotel staffs & clean, location really near to huge shopping mall, Raffles City by CapitaLand (lots of shopping & dining options), 5mins from Tilanqiao metro station! We checked out on Christmas Day and were given goodie bag each guest which is a really nice touch to the overall stay! Definitely will highly recommend this hotel!

Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours if they are loud. In our case, we had a loud man staying next to our room on the first night. Our room was really far from the lift area I’m not kidding it was really deep inside. It is not convenient for elderly and young families. While we were there, the main automatic door was down for 2 out of 4 days. Like what many others mentioned, getting up or off your private car was an absolute nightmare as there is no drop off point or foyer. The hotel is newly renovated but there are already signs of age/use. The only saving grace was raffles city is 1 min away.
