Since April, this hotel is my go to Hotel for Surabaya trip. Been more than 4 times. Everything ok as usual, but the coffee machine wasnt working well this last 2 months. Downgrade on amenities due coffee brand and mineral water brand 😌 can’t brag about the hotel more to my colleagues. BUT the snack in the room are for free! 2 snacks and 1 instant noodle, just found out on our last night. Ow, surprisingly they gave me a thank you cake? ! Nicely done. The restaurant on rooftop, food quality not really good - lack of flavor and dry chickens, limited menu, so its all need to be improved, price wise OK. The hotel location and others Overall OK. Still gonna be my go to hotel for next!

Good for a new hotel.

Room with city view , we were staying for 3 nights and everything was good. All the employees were very kind and polite. Breakfast look very good, we normally don’t eat a lot in the morning but there were a lot of choices especially Indonesians food. The bed and the cushions were good and the towels were thick and clean. The room is not completely soundproof so we could hear the neighbors or from the hall, but we are mostly out and weren’t back in the room until later in the evening. I only thought there was a bit of a weird smell in the hall or in the room. The bathroom was clean , but I think it could be cleaned a little bit better especially in the side of the tiles, the sink and the toilet. Amenities , no hairdryer and the refrigerator was not cool enough , water-cooker needs to be checked or replaced ( it was leaking ) Location is good to the airport, but far from supermarket or place to eat .

Exquisite breakfast especially the healthy breakfast and egg station. Enchanting facilities, gotta try the pool n fine dining at rooftop. Enthralled by the staff in every department. Special thank you to Front desk Lady, Chef Andrys for the superb healthy and fresh breakfast and Dining staff Chelsea for their service. A gem in Surabaya, newly open and not far from Tunjungan Plaza, it is a quiet area, very clean hotel and best of all, great attitude by every staff. This can only happen because it is led by super general manager and incredible Chief Chef Andrys who ensure cleaniness and freshness. I humbly salute every staff for making my stay so EXTRAORDINARY (from 1 night to 4 nights). I'll be back!!! Thank you... P:s... Maybe add simple gym room in the future? 🤭😜☺️

Is good

The hotel is new and very good. There are shopping areas nearby. It's very convenient to eat. The front desk also provides free drinks. I like it very much. I recommend staying here. The price is reasonable. It is also close to the airport. It's very convenient. Come on, you can ask the front desk to prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave early.

The service is very good, the room is clean and tidy without any odor, I like it, especially the lady at the front desk. There is the sound of chanting in the morning, and there are welcome drinks and a rich breakfast.

Very good service, cold AC, very strategic location, lots of facilities

Considering it's only been open for about six months, the interior is very clean and tidy. You can watch Netflix in your room (if you have a subscription). All the staff are smiling and provide excellent service. The rooftop pool is very nice, and the adjacent restaurant was delicious and well-presented. I went to the restaurant in the evening, and there was a DJ playing, so I enjoyed my meal. However, the sound may be a little loud for Japanese people. The room service food was very delicious and I was very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, so I used it on my last day. The road in front is one-way, so depending on where you catch your car, it may take a while to get to the hotel, as it has to go around a block. The driver probably didn't like that, as he canceled twice. I can't find any negative points, but From a woman's perspective, the only complaint is that there aren't any hair dryers.

A new hotel with a cool design, friendly staff, a decent breakfast selection, and a stunning rooftop view. It's worth staying here.

New hotel, the room is not very big, opened in March 25, very close to the airport. The breakfast is quite rich and very good, the infinity pool on the roof is very unique, next to the railway track, taxi will be a bit affected, overall it is not bad, recommended
