I choose this hotel because the floor is not carpet type. Renovated from old hotel with clean and brigh room. Big TV at swimming pool area and comfy public area. Room bedsheets with sweat smell though, bed not so comfy. Good breakfast options offering with this price.

Location is abit away from city so no issue if you drive. Booked a family room w 1 big bed and 2 single bed . Rooms big enough for 4 person w powerful aircon, window overlook the big pool. Breakfast just ok nothing fancy. Reception & staff are friendly. Lots of parking space.

Perfect place to stay in Sg Petani. Very Comfortable... The pool is spacious & my nephews love it. Kids will enjoy their time here..Breakfast was tasty..Going to repeat again

This is how lousy the hotel lift is. Not even a proper carpet and whatever the mat is, it’s so dangerous cos it’s moving around.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s facilities. The swimming pool area was stunning, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the convenient location—close to shops, restaurants, and attractions

Second time here, so far so good. Semua ok, breakfast sedap. Semua bilik pool view. Pool besar. Will repeat on next visit.

I just step in the floor, a bad smell is there, when I step in the room, poor, broken door, out furniture, so we decide check up on the spot, Don't mention 3 star Waite money

Overall stay was really lovely. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Deposit in cash and return with no hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they came with breakfast for us (nice big breakfast spread!). Bathroom amenities can be improved but sufficient for a quick stay. Pools are amazingly big and regularly maintained. The hotel is also closed to lots of nice restaurants (hotmas, kedai makan pokok ceri, pisang goreng 303 etc). Definitely recommended for good value of money.

Overall can accepted but hotel is a bit old. We have stay many hotels over the world. Hope hotel can improve the cleanliness and breakfast variation.

I had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby amenities. However, I noticed that the floor could have been cleaner, as there was some dirt. Also, the shampoo provided was quite watery, so it might be worth improving the quality. Additionally, only one lift was in operation, leading to long waiting times, as the other lift was under maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better!
