The room is spacious and air-conditioned. Like most American hotels, there are no slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, so you have to bring them in advance. But there are towels. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the front desk and housekeeping gave a lot of support. This is the first choice for living in Stony Brook University.

The service was poor. The restaurant was closed for dinner the day before Labor Day. The restaurant was closed on Labor Day.

Good morning business trip

I have never stayed in a hotel where I found so many inconveniences in a room. There is no overhead light and the light is very dim. In addition, there is no makeup mirror, so it is completely difficult to see the face while applying makeup. Soap and towels are placed in the same box. The sink faucet was so tight that I couldn't lift it. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, but it didn't reach my body. After taking a shower, the faucet could not be closed tightly and water kept leaking. Place bath towels 5 meters away from the shower room. The curtains can't be drawn all the way down, and there's still a large section of the window that can't be covered. No one with a little bit of intelligence would design a room like this. But Hilton Garden Inn can be so anti-human, what a big heart!
