Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and simple. The room was big, the bed was massive, the pillows were just right! (every other place in Thailand had huge pillows that hurt our necks)  We were only a 10mins walk from the heart of the old quarter and we found plenty of places near the hotel for Thai food. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked tempting after a day travelling.

Hotel staff are polite. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice. Breakfast was included in the price, but wasn’t the best. Overall good value hotel.

Great, friendly, clean, convenient, reasonably priced place near Phuket Old Town. The property seems to be recently (March 2023) renovated, paint, tiles bathroom, sunken in lights, quiet AC etc. The workmanship looks excellent. The large rooms have a balcony facing a green area. The room has a work area with a real desk chair, excellent for remote work. The room has a little kitchenette with fridge, sink, and hot water kettle. The breakfast was complimentary by the hotel, and so I hate to say the friendly restaurant staff could learn a bit more English. Wifi was mostly good. I sometimes had slight problems during Zoom conferences with 21 people and shared screens. The staff in general is nice, helpful and friendly. There is a little pool to cool off and if you have kids, there is a flat area for kids. For me it was great that they rented free bicycles. Bring your own helmet and lights. I work remotely and liked Chino Inn Hotel so much, I extended my stay to 7 weeks.

Great hotel, located within walking distance to the old town. The room is cleaned every day, and water is replenished every day. There is little near the hotel, but the old town with cafes and shops is within walking distance. I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The hotel is convenient for one night. It is a little out of the way from the center of Phuket (20 minutes walk). The rooms are comfortable. However the breakfast is very bad.

The rooms are spacious, clean, complete with equipment in the room. There is parking, but not a lot. There is also a swimming pool. But the air conditioner in the room cools a little slowly. And in the sink, the water flowed like it wasn't flowing. Can't wash anything. As for accommodation, this price There was only one small bottle of bath soap and shampoo. With just one small bar of soap, even though there are 2 people, how do we shower and wash enough? Quite disappointed at this point. P.S. On the day we stayed, the housekeeper unlocked the door and came in. I was confused. Is it so easy to come in like this? 😅🥺

I booked a room temporarily. There were no hotels in Phuket Town. I didn’t want to stay in a thousand-yuan hotel for a one-night stay. In the end, only this hotel had rooms, so I booked it quickly. It’s a 15-minute walk from the street in Phuket Town, which is a bit far. , there is a Tops across the road from the hotel which is quite convenient. I checked in early and no deposit was required. The room was very clean. The quilt was torn at the pressing end, so it didn't affect the cover. The real scene is better-looking than the pictures on the APP, and it is not so depressing. I took my son with me, and the TV was full of snowflakes, and my son also watched it all night. Check-out went smoothly. Except for the poor location and the high price, everything else is acceptable.

Hygiene: clean and neat, the bed is also neatly made Environment: Quiet and comfortable Service: The lady at the front desk is very attentive. Facilities: There is a swimming pool, but we arrived very late, so we didn't swim. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Phuket Town. It is very close to Phuket Old Street. There is also a Tops convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities.

The accommodation is private. Spacious, comfortable and the atmosphere is very good. I like it very much and will go to rest again 😘
