A great hotel for families. A lot iof activities for kids to do, though some were closed on our day of visit. Gold Coast beach can be accessed by hotell guests as well as the Gold Coast Piazza. We will be back again definitely.

the room too big, very clean and have good facilities in the hotel, the buffet is rich have many type of food and delicious, the hotel is surrounded by a nice environment, with a beach and a restaurant nearby.

The opening hour of the swimming pool can be get longer till 21:00pm. That should be more good.

The view is wonderful looking at the harbour and boats. However, the facilities are bit too old that needs renovation. Other than that, that’s a comfy stay.

Relaxing Stay at Gold Coast Hotel – Perfect for a Leisure Break! We stayed at Gold Coast Hotel for 3 nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The highlight for my husband was definitely the pool – spacious, clean, and very safe with three lifeguards always on duty. It gave us peace of mind, especially when the pool got a bit busy. The hotel is close to the sea, and while the water isn’t pristine clear, it’s still swimmable and adds a lovely coastal vibe to the stay. The beachside area is relaxing, and great for lazy walks. Breakfast buffet was a daily treat – a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh and filling. The staff were all very polite, helpful, and professional, which really enhanced our stay. One thing to note: the location is a bit far from the city center – it takes about an hour by train from Central. You’ll also need a taxi from the hotel to the nearest MTR station, although there is a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away if you prefer public transport. Overall, we had a great time at GCH. It’s ideal for guests looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the city.

the hotel is nice, the room is good and love to enjoy. however, one thing I was disappointed to the facilities of the swimming pool as it closed so earlier. the pool hour is closed at 6pm. unfortunately, there is a thunder storm and amber rain which was hosted on 5:05pm. as such, we couldn't enjoyed the pool even changed of swimwear as closed due to thunder storm and last till 6pm. that's made us frustrated.

Fantastic as always. Just book it as a great take away. It is now an annual get away.

Room is so good and spacious. Hotel swimming pool was extremely good compared to others. Highly recommended!

Quite good  Staff helpful and politely  Transportation good  Many bus routes can go there But the lights in the garden not enough

Excellent view for a tiny holiday, away from the urban. Despite its peaceful location, you just need 5 min walk to the mall at golden coast

The hotel was in perfect location far away from the bustling area. We went to celebrate our anniversary however, the beginning we stepped we felt unwelcome from the staffs working in front office. Basic amenities like lotion, cotton buds were not provided and when we asked in the customer service, they told that they do not provide such. The timing for pools were weird though. Not going back to this again.

Great! Excellent Pool and beach. There are convenient stores n many restaurants nearby.

I have stayed in the hotel on 18 - 20 / 5 / 2025. A great way to experience a quieter side of Hong Kong with tropical vibes and a slower pace. The room is spacious and well maintained. We had a Seaview room which was well appreciated.  it would be better if the carpets are removed from the room as they are dated and unnecessary for a beach location spacious bathroom is spacious. Shower has really good pressure. The bed is firm and 2 are satisfaction pillows are soft and fluffy drinking water is provided by fountains around the resort. Really enjoyed our stay here  it was a shame that  we were not entitled to use the free shuttle service into town as they are for guest who booked directly with the hotel which seemed a bit unfair.
