"Stayed for 3 nights and can’t be more happy with my stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Gym is open 24/7 and had an array of options when it came to the breakfast. Very clean rooms and would definitely stay again"

"It's quite a distance from the station, so it's a bit tiring to carry suitcases when it's snowing! But the breakfast was delicious. The room was a bit too small. It was a bit difficult to open the luggage for two people. There was no place to move around. The biggest problem was that the bed was too soft. When I slept, my whole waist collapsed, especially for those with lumbar disc herniation. Very unfriendly to people! Didn't sleep well all day. Other than that, everything else was fine. The location is above a shopping mall, which is quite convenient for shopping. It will be much easier if you know how to take the underground passage!"

"The hotel is located in the bustling business district in the city center, with convenient transportation. The hotel is warm and comfortable. You can have a cup of free coffee or tea in the lobby and feel comfortable just looking out at the street."

"There are many kinds of breakfast, and it is delicious. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is convenient to various attractions. Just walk to the subway one stop ahead. There are many restaurants to choose from along the way. There is a shopping mall next to and opposite the hotel, and there are also supermarkets for convenient shopping. I visited the scenic spots in the morning and returned to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel staff provided coffee and cookies in the lobby, which was quite considerate."

"Best hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada."

"Chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs."

"Centrally located in Stockholm, this hotel is close to NK, Ahlens, the main shopping streets & Gamla Stan (the old town). Room is spacious, cean & has a 20s theme. We asked for a room on higher floors & we got a room on 5th floor, overlooking the square which is really nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is tasty & has a variety of choices. No pool, only a gym. Parking costs 450skr every 24 hours. Basic toiletries provided in the bathroom. Staff are helpful & frienly. Will stay there again!"
