"I went here for the view, and I got a wonderful view ! But you have to know the infrastructure is not new, so you have sometimes strange noises, or somes things are worn out. Everything worked fine and I had no problem during my stay, but don't expect a luxury accomodation or you will be disappointed. The lady who welcomed me was nice and helpful. I'll recommend this place, I had a really nice stay here."

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"The cottage is near the centre, about 15 minutes walk. The staff was nice and polite. Their breakfast availability is only available in the summer, so we couldn’t avail the breakfast. The room was spacious enough for the family of three however, our toilet in the bathroom was making a noise every time we flushed. ..and there’s not enough lights in the room so when draw the curtain, it’s a bit dark and having a 12 month old baby is not good enough to see stuff in the middle of the night"

It felt magical to enjoy a meal with such a view. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming, but what makes it even more special is the amazing staff. They come from all over the world, which creates a unique and multicultural vibe. I’d love to highlight Ale, an Argentinian girl, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay extra comfortable with her kindness and professionalism. Also, a special mention to Eto, the manager, who made sure everything was perfect during my visit. Overall, Alpine Lounge Boutique Hotel is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. If you are coming to Kazbegi, this hotel is definitely the spot you don’t want to miss! 🌄🍷"

"Fifteen minutes after booking, the carrier changed the time. I requested a free cancellation, but they refused. Hotels are usually accommodating. It's clear they wouldn't have sold the room in 15 minutes. We simply didn't have time to cross the border, and I'm sure the hotel knows this is a problem. Don't book this; they have zero customer service. I'm afraid if you ask anything about your stay, you'll get the same reaction. P.S.: The Diamond Hotel. Very friendly hostess, cheaper, better interior. You can find it online, message me on WhatsApp, even if the rooms are occupied."
