"The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying. We noticed a lot of Korean guests staying at the hotel. As it's a new hotel, everything was sparkling clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. Opting for a city view room was definitely the right choice; the night view was absolutely stunning. However, the bathroom sink had extremely poor drainage. It would get clogged easily, and the water struggled to drain."

TTRINH BAOThe hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring local cafes. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, the service felt a bit impersonal and the amenities were rather basic, leaving some room for improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay mainly thanks to the location.

SSarahLMH21The hotel was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and it was located about 15 min walk from the beach. The area was quiet at night which was very ideal. We were enjoying our wedding anniversary and got a complementary cake which was nice. The only downside was that some of the light switches weren’t working, but they were doing renovations in each room so that’s understandable. It is not soundproof as I would wake up early in the morning to noise from kids and other people moving.
They have two swimming pools but jacuzzi doesn’t work and gym is small. All in all, it was a good stay.

Love the design of the resort, thought we experienced some blockage of the shower drain, the staff managed to clear it the next day! The resort is big and can travel to other places by buggy or tram. The buffet breakfast in citron is a highlight of the trip! The spa is a must try too!

EELL❤️The hotel was clean and tidy, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. There is also a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Da Nang. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance! From the moment we arrived at Mikazuki Japanese Resorts, we were immersed in an atmosphere of elegance, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Nestled in a beautiful location with breathtaking views, the resort offers a perfect fusion of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern luxury.
Check-in was seamless and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel valued right from the start. They explained everything clearly and even provided a tour of the key facilities.
Our room was immaculate — spacious, thoughtfully designed with minimalist Japanese decor, and offered a splendid view that stretched across the coastline. The room felt open and calming, with large windows that invited natural light and allowed us to enjoy the scenery at any time of day. The traditional tatami mat flooring, sliding doors, and the deep soaking tub created an authentic ryokan-style experience, while still providing all the modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a smart control panel.
The resort’s onsen (hot spring) was undoubtedly a highlight. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were spotless. Relaxing in the open-air hot springs while listening to the sound of the waves was truly a moment of pure peace and rejuvenation.
The water park and infinity pools added a fun and exciting element to our stay, especially for families and children. Everything was well-maintained and safe, with helpful staff always nearby.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and international dishes, all prepared with care and quality ingredients. The Japanese restaurant on-site offered exquisite kaiseki-style meals — each dish was a work of art and a delight to the palate.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious.
The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those.
All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference.
The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality.
The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam
There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period.
We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point.
There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten.

GGuest UserMy family of 4 (2 children under 10) stayed in a “2 bedroom deluxe family suite with sea view” on the 16th floor for 6 nights. The room and the view were beautiful. It was a lovely corner suite with 2 bathrooms and felt like an apartment you could live in. The balcony wraps around the apartment and is lovely.
There is a touch of an unfinished feel about the place, as that is clearly the case, I’m sure it’s rapidly improving. I could list a lot of little glitches but none of them would put me off returning.
The staff are lovely.
The pool is nice but there are few sun beds.
The gym isn’t bad for a hotel.
The breakfast buffet is decent but despite most of it being in bain marie’s or under lamps was often pretty cold. If they sorted that out I’d say it was good.
Now unfortunately to the HUGE issue that would stop me staying there and unable to recommend it, which is not the hotels fault, is the noise issue.
There is a large pedestrianised area in front of the hotel which has very regular events on it, there is Pink Beach Club and other nearby karaoke spots that I promise you even after this warning would blow your mind. Even on the 16th floor some of the DJ’ing and music was shaking the fillings in my teeth. Earplugs don’t work, noise cancelling headphones do something but not enough.
If this finished at midnight I could take it but even on a weekday it could be going on until after 4am!
One night the super heavy nightclub DJ’ing went on until around 3-4am and then there was a marathon event with a stage, music and announcer, that started at about 4:15am and went through until breakfast. I’ve never come across an environment less conductive for sleep. It was truly awful.
I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t seem to have any soundproofing?
I feel sorry for the hotel as it’s not directly their fault. I did speak to them but all they could do is try and listen and reassure but that doesn’t help near zero hours sleep.
I would just hope that nearby hotels will gather together and try and work with the local authorities to do something about this as if they did, I would 100% return.

GGuest UserNice resort that's right in front of the beach. It has great outdoor facilities, including big swimming pools, a spa, and a nice gym.
I was a bit disappointed by the location and the room. It's great to be next to the beach, but there aren't any convenience stores, bars, or nice restaurants nearby.
Although the room was spacious, it didn't have a proper shower. Just a bathtub with a showerhead. Beyond that, the bathroom was only separated to the bedroom by a curtain and the walls were quite thin so you could hear neighboring rooms. I had to hear a crying baby next to my room most days. I enjoyed spending time in the balcony though as it faced the beach.
Overall it's a nice hotel but I feel it's not great value for money.

RRoberta PonestkThe room was fine and bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower would jump from hot to cold many times while taking shower. We love the swimming pool area, amazing to go with kids. They have chairs at the beach as well, but the water was not so clear and clean... We did swimm, anyways, but our body got covered by a brown thing that we have no idea what it was... I hope it was just seaweed🙏 we enjoyed breakfast buffet, but coffee looks like instant coffee, I guess it's normal in Vietnam to offer this kind of coffee. On check out the hotel forgot to give us back the deposit (as we gave cash), and we just remembered about that minutes before our flight, we are still trying to rescue that money. Hope the hotel can get back to our requests. Overall I would recommend this hotel, especially for families!

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
