1000% amazing! Everything I needed was available. The bathtub was a highlight – the best I've experienced. However, the fitness center and swimming pool were a bit too small. Still LOVE it !!!
Location:
Right by the sea with beautiful sunrise views. You can walk to the beach (over some small rocks). Convenient by car from the main road, but not ideal for walking. There's a 7-Eleven nearby.

HHappy sunnyWonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything. One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.

1 day no tissue paper and toilet paper. They didn’t fill up and running out of shower gel. Have to call them to refill. Service need to be improved
Wedding at the reception is quite disappointing as it’s disturbing. Music and the ceremony is too noisy. Breakfast selection dis not provide soup noodles or pad thai today.
May not consider returning in the future

GGuest UserFelt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

OOleg8I really liked the hotel. It's situated in a secluded location, approximately a 15-minute drive from Hua Hin. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. However, the beach wasn't particularly impressive.
