"Great stay at the Asia Cha-Am Hotel. The location is convenient and close to the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Good value for the price — I would happily come back."

"Our third time staying at this hotel, and overall it has been good. However, we always visit during peak periods, and on several occasions the room cleaning had not been finished by the time we went out. As for breakfast, the chef who prepared the Eggs Benedict never seemed to get it right. It was overcooked, and on two occasions when I asked for it to be remade, it came back undercooked instead. Last time we stayed here and the sane thing happened with the same chef. Quite disappointed. :( My boy really enjoyed the adventure pass; pizza decorating and gel candle creation. :)"

"Aviyana is a new place directly on the sea. By tide small sand bank appears to access the sea. The pool is very nice. Sufficient sun beds were available. The rooms are of good size, clean and bright. Breakfast is generous. We were expecting fresh sea food in the hotel restaurant overlooking the sea, No fish was available including many Thai food items could not be ordered. There is no alternative restaurant in walking distance, so a trip to Hua Hin is necessary. Grab taxis are available only after long waiting time and the standard fare often exceeds 300 THB. No shuttle service is provided by the hotel"

"Great service and clean rooms. The staff were very accommodating, which was a huge plus. The room had a nice view, though there was a bit of noise. Overall, it was a very good stay with no major issues. The staff even gave me a room that matched my preferences. I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again."

"I’ve stayed at several hotels in the U chain before, so I trust their service. This was my first time at U Hua Hin. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but there were quite a lot of guests on the day we stayed. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, so you have to walk down some stairs to get to the sea. The room was quite nice—clean, with soft pillows and a comfortable bed. However, there was a fishy smell when we opened the balcony door, which might be because the hotel is located near a fishing pier. Breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, except for the air conditioner in the room, which leaked so much that the bed got wet. We had to call a technician to fix it at almost midnight."

"The service was very good and the rooms were worth the price. We booked a room with breakfast included. You'll need a car because it's far from restaurants, but it's a suitable place for anyone who likes peace and quiet."

"Cleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking. On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good."

"A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance."

"This is a good hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was as good as it should be. There were just two minor issues: 1. Not enough pillows were provided. 2. The TV wasn't working in the morning (I stayed over New Year's Eve)."
