This hotel was chosen because it has Yining characteristics, beautiful environment, and is a 5-star hotel. After checking in, the experience was poor and the service at the front desk was mediocre. When I asked how to rent a bicycle to travel around the hotel, several staff members couldn't help me. I had to look around by myself. We couldn't find anything, but fortunately we met a lady Chang in front of the stage. She personally led us on a walk for about 10 minutes, and also taught us how to use shared bicycles. Her sincere service attitude is worthy of praise! In addition, the breakfast in this hotel is very poor, the employees are indifferent, there is a lot of garbage on the floor in the restaurant and no one cleans it up, and the omelette is placed on the plate early in the morning, cold. Xinjiang watermelon should be fresh and delicious, but the appearance in the store is very poor, which affects the appetite. When the breakfast was almost over, I packed up my car and set it out early, completely ignoring the fact that there were still guests dining. I have never seen a 5-star hotel like this, and this time it was really an eye-opener.

The room environment is very good. When you open the window, you can see the beautiful Yili River. There are many people running and cycling on the pedestrian street at night. The sunset is very beautiful. The service is very good. The extra quilt was put on neatly for us. The service is warm and thoughtful. The children were given breakfast coupons. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good taste. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Yining

這次入住的酒店體驗遠超預期，必須認真誇一誇！重點表揚前台的Ruby，服務態度真的沒話説，從進門問候到辦理入住全程微笑熱情，不僅快速幫我們辦好手續，還主動介紹了周邊的遊玩建議，細節處的貼心讓人瞬間有了歸屬感。 大堂的設計更是驚艷，濃郁的新疆風情撲面而來，彩色的地毯、特色的掛毯和民族風裝飾，每一處都透着地域文化的韻味，等待時坐在休息區都覺得是種享受。 進房間後更是驚喜，房間打掃得一塵不染，床單被褥乾淨整潔，連角落都沒有灰塵。設施也很新，空調製冷快、熱水充足，智能電視和衞浴設備都運轉流暢，完全沒有老舊酒店的卡頓感。住在這裏既舒服又安心，無論是服務、環境還是硬件都挑不出毛病，已經把這家列入下次來的必住清單了！

It was my first time in Yili. I checked online and found that this hotel was in the railway station business district, so I booked it. The overall environment of the hotel is good and the decoration is luxurious. Especially the breakfast has fresh pure milk with local characteristics (yellow milk skin), as well as Sanzi and pastries made by locals. The room is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come to Yili!
