From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was deeply moved by the hotel's enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. After checking in, Lang Yekai, an assistant at the front desk, personally led us to the room and patiently and carefully introduced the use of various equipment. She asked us considerately if we had any other needs. Then, Li Youlian, the housekeeper, quickly delivered the room supplies we needed. Her efficiency and enthusiasm made me have higher expectations for the service of this hotel. Unexpectedly, when the two employees learned that we accidentally fell and scratched while playing in the afternoon, they immediately sent iodine and band-aids. This care made me feel the hotel's caring care for guests. In other areas of the hotel, whether it is the breakfast room or the gym, every employee will take the initiative to smile and say hello, and their enthusiasm and friendliness make the whole hotel full of a warm atmosphere. In my travel experience, this hotel is undoubtedly the best service among hotels of the same price, no one else. In addition to excellent service, the location of the hotel is also quite superior. If you have the opportunity to stay, you must choose a river view room, it will be an unforgettable experience. It's only 8 minutes' drive from OMG Heartbeat Park, which is super close. The hotel front desk Xiao Zhang is very friendly and the check-in is very fast. I booked a courtyard king-size bed room, which feels like home. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the overall environment is also very clean.

We chose to travel during the May Day holiday, so there were fewer tourists. The front desk lady helped us upgrade the room, and the view and service were very good. Opposite is Yintai City, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is close to the road and it will be noisy if you sleep, and the sound insulation is relatively poor.

I chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub. The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided. Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi. Disadvantages: I had breakfast on weekdays, and there were few varieties. I saw other platforms selling breakfast coupons for 28 yuan, and the content should be imaginable.

We stayed through Chinese New Year at this amazing hotel that's nestled in a tranquil water-colored lakescape. Our suite is pretty sizable with the balcony offering a panoramic view of wild nature mirrored in a pristine lake. It's definitely a perfect get-away destination. Conrad staff are sweet and lovely. They're ready to serve you and give you best experiences you can imagine. We're particularly impressed with Wise, a lady who'd go an extra mile making you feel like home. I'd recommend Conrad Tonglu to any who'd like to get away from the urban hustle and bustle and stay soaked in pure nature and upscale services.

Really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Premier Tonglu. Got a nice welcome by the front desk manager Elaine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall service has been excellent. Will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tonglu

A relatively good hotel in Tonglu! There is also porridge in the evening! I bought an umbrella online and had it delivered to the hotel lobby. When I went to pick it up, the umbrella had already been used! The waiter also said he didn't know! The management of takeout is still lacking! I also talked about this on WeChat, but didn't say what measures were taken! Also, the toilet paper roll in the hotel room is too low and it is easy to touch the ground. The hotel has a good location, and the room can directly see the Fuchun River and the city view, which is a double enjoyment. I must praise the hotel service. From the moment I entered the door, the attitude of every service staff who stored the luggage and checked in was very good. Although there were some minor incidents after check-in, it did not affect our mood. I am very grateful to the duty manager Xiao Zhou for actively communicating and efficiently solving the problem. The room is quite big, the facilities are not bad, free fruit upon check-in, the price is reasonable. But there are too many people on weekends, there is no seat for dining at 8:30 in the morning, you can see that there are many kinds of food, but there is basically nothing left, the replenishment is not timely, and the goods are not what you ordered. The elevator takes a long time to come, I don't know why, it stands to reason that there are four elevators even if there are many people. It is poor in the New Century Mingdu hotel of this level.

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.
