11367171****If I ever come back to Tonglu, I honestly wouldn't consider staying at any other hotel🏨. I've recommended it to friends, and I absolutely loved my stay. The amenities are fantastic: 1. The smart toilet🚽 is super convenient, though the exhaust fan didn't seem to work, so no ventilation. 2. Hot water is almost instantaneous and has great pressure, making for a really comfortable shower😌. 3. There's a Bluetooth speaker with XiaoDu (a voice assistant) that you can directly control to play music and open/close the curtains – very cool👍. 4. The TV even has a screen-casting function, which is just amazing! All these features usually cost extra at other hotels, so the value for money here is incredible, I'm super satisfied.
Cleanliness: Generally great, clean and tidy. There might be some minor spots in corners and crevices, but nothing significant. The kettle and hairdryer were clean, and the cups at the minibar were dust-free.
Environment: The room allows for window ventilation, and the air conditioning is powerful and responsive👍. The indoor lighting is ample and creates a strong visual impression.
Service: They upgraded my room for free, which was absolutely brilliant👏! If there were no parking spaces, a quick call to the front desk would have security arrange one. The breakfast selection was pretty good; while it can't compare to luxurious outside options, considering the price, it almost brings tears to my eyes (in a good way!). They even gave me a farewell souvenir – it might not be worth much monetarily, but the emotional value it provided was definitely there.
24H Unlimited Drinks: Since there might not be coffee in the minibar, to compensate, the hotel front desk offers an automatic coffee machine. While it might be a bit inconvenient, it enhances the customer experience while controlling costs. For me, this initiative is excellent👍.
Freshly Popped Popcorn: I didn't try or ask for it; it seems like I never saw any, probably because other guests claimed it all. However, I still appreciate the gesture.

Transportation: The hotel area starts from the foot of the mountain, so it is said that only SF Express can deliver to the hotel lobby. Other express delivery, take-out, including Cainiao Logistics, can only be delivered to the distribution point a few kilometers away from the foot of the hotel. You can only call an express car to go down the mountain. If you don’t drive yourself and have hygiene requirements, it is best to consider chartering a car.
Reservation and check-in: When booking, I noted that my legs and feet were inconvenient, and I was arranged a room very close to the lobby. Linna contacted me on WeChat one day in advance to ask about the approximate arrival time. There is no mandatory extra bed for three people. It is suggested that you can first see whether the sofa meets the sleeping needs before deciding whether to add a bed. All questions during the stay were answered by the front desk. It was communicated that there was no need for cleaning, and water, coffee and paper towels were enough. However, only water and paper towels were delivered the first time, and coffee was not given until I called again.
Food: Breakfast is quite rich, but eggs benedict needs to be booked with the front desk one day in advance. Other omelettes can be ordered on the spot. Rice noodles are good There are many kinds of toppings. The hotel mainly serves Chinese food. The Western restaurant is more decorated. The menu cannot fill one page. So we originally booked one day each and changed to Chinese food. The Chinese food is stable and remarkable. The manager on duty on the first day introduced each dish in detail, from ingredients to production process. The wrong dish was served during the meal on the second day. Another manager on duty explained it very frankly and gave a reduction. This is commendable. After all, it is difficult for me to tell if a fried rice is served wrong. I just think the taste is different from what I expected. But the only drawback is that the hotel with such inconvenient transportation has too few room service options during non-meal time and no vending machines. I suggest referring to some hot spring hotels in Japan with one night and two meals. There will be more activities. Other services: The Internet celebrity swimming pool is beautiful, but the locker room is very small. There are five lockers and two shower rooms. It is not connected to the main building of the hotel. You have to walk outdoors for a while to change elevators. It is in the same building as the travel photography office. The travel photography appointment was wrong. In the end, the weather was bad and no photos were taken. But when I went swimming, I encountered the travel photography occupying the swimming pool for photography. The hotel staff apologized again and again. We were leaving so it didn't matter, but if you really want to have a good swim, it would be uncomfortable to see someone posing in a swimsuit.

The hotel environment is great with mountains and water, and the view from the room is also top-notch. The hotel's public area is very large, occupying a hilltop. The children had a lot of fun playing on the lawn. There are also cafes, gyms and swimming pools so they won't be bored. The next day I went to OMG Heartbeat Park, which is not far from the hotel by car for about 20 minutes. I recommend it.

Food for breakfast also oke. I stay at 7th floor and got a very nice view which is river view.
One thing that they need to put more attention is for the aircon filter and ventilation. I see there is a lot of dust that looks like have not been clean for so long.

GGuest UserI chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm
Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub.
The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided.
Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi.
