100% positive review! The guesthouse's design is romantic and beautiful, truly stunning. There are also two adorable kittens that made my child incredibly happy. The owners are a very warm and friendly couple, and incredibly attentive. They offered free pick-up and drop-off to OMG Park, which only took a few minutes. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and the dinner was super tasty. The owner's wife even worried we wouldn't have enough to eat, so she gave us extra portions, and we ended up being completely stuffed! 😂 Before we left, she even braved the rain to come out and give us a souvenir—so thoughtful! 🥰🥰 I will definitely recommend this guesthouse to all my friends.

The decoration of the homestay is simple and elegant, the facilities are complete, and the surrounding scenery is also excellent. It is very comfortable to walk around in this season. The boss and his wife are very friendly and will tell us about the entertainment options in the surrounding area. All dishes are made to order. Just tell them what you want to eat in advance and they will buy it in town in advance. By the way, if you just want to play around the B&B, it is also very convenient. The owner has prepared a small boat for us, and it is very comfortable to sail in the small lake in front of the door. To sum up, it is highly recommended. It is a homestay that you are willing to come again after visiting.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights last Thursday with our little one, and overall, we were extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Fuchun River, nestled by mountains and water. Opening the window reveals stunning river views and distant mountains, offering a wide and open panorama. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor heated pool, a children's splash pool, and a small kids' play area – our child didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local Tonglu specialties. We especially want to commend our butler, Lingli, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, we received fresh fruit, and when we checked out, she even prepared a small souvenir gift for us to take home, which our child absolutely adored. This was a fantastic family vacation experience, highly recommended!

The room was spacious with a high floor and great views! It shares a business building with All Seasons Hotel, and seems to be the latest version of Orange Crystal Hotel, which I've always loved the vibe of. Despite the huge crowds during Chinese New Year, I could still feel the dedication in their service. After checking in, I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. They probably couldn't provide one at the time as the hotel was almost fully booked, so I had given up. However, when I returned after dinner, I found the blanket had been delivered to my room. This shows that the front desk noted my request and tried their best to fulfill a reasonable customer request whenever possible, instead of just brushing me off. This kind of thoughtful service is truly noticeable and appreciated. Many thanks to the front desk lady that day!

This hotel deserves a great review! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are well-equipped and complete with everything you need. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is pretty good too. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's a little bit far from the riverside, but it's just a short taxi ride away, only costing the minimum fare. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Very satisfied! The lobby immediately gave off a warm and cozy vibe upon entering, and the central staircase was really well-designed, acting as both decor and a subtle partition. It hid the self-service coffee, and if I hadn't been curious enough to try a cup, I might not have almost seen the sunrise! The hallways and rooms were super quiet. I stayed for two nights and didn't hear any annoying noise. I guess the location is great, and the guests are all very considerate. 🥰 The staff were also very friendly, and all my requests were met beautifully~

The off-peak travel was a great success! The hotel is on a hill next to the river, and you can directly see the river view. The off-peak travel is to have fewer people, and the overall environment is really quiet. The interior is the style I like, simple and clean, and the outdoor is also beautiful. Sitting by the swimming pool, blowing the wind and looking at the scenery, wasting time. The service attitude in the hotel is also very good, and I will choose this place next time I come to Tonglu.

It wasn't as outstanding as it was two years ago. The room had a musty smell when I entered, and a foul odor came from the toilet when it was opened. The sink also drained incredibly slowly. I didn't expect my first stay to be so good, and the second one to be so disappointing. The breakfast options weren't as plentiful as before either. Perhaps because Sun Park opened and there are more guests, the hotel is showing its age and some issues are popping up. Parking is available right at the entrance, and the service was fine; the security guard was very proactive. I hope the hardware conditions can be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!

Staying in a B&B like this at this price is a steal! I had low expectations, but was completely pleasantly surprised! The room was even more spacious and brighter than the pictures showed, impeccably clean, and odor-free. Basic amenities (air conditioning, hot water, WiFi) all worked perfectly, and the housekeeper was incredibly quick to respond to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. The location is right at the entrance to the scenic area. While not in the city center, transportation is convenient, taxis to attractions are affordable and easy, and the surrounding area is filled with vibrant local life. For travelers seeking clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations, this is a fantastic choice! Excellent value, highly recommended!
