"This place was truly a complete escape away from life, and it was so difficult to leave. The location was incredible, but more than that, the service provided was unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape."

"We arrived early in the morning, and we went to Taoxichuan for an afternoon before the rooms were available. When we returned to the hotel front desk, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. There were also free fruits and a free mini bar on the first day. It was really great! "We chose this hotel without thinking during the Qingming Festival, but it gave us an unexpectedly comfortable experience. The hotel is surrounded by quiet lakes and green trees, with flowers and birds singing without noise.
