The breakfast at the hotel was rich and delicious, and the service was very good. I mistakenly thought I had booked a room with breakfast and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant did not force us to pay and instead gave us a free breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was always responsive and explained everything. It was a very satisfying stay.

We visited Jingdezhen with our two kids. Jingdezhen in the summer is incredibly hot, so we specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool and found this one right next to the Ceramic Museum. We had a smooth check-in at 3:30 PM. You can scan a QR code to book various hotel activities, but special events have limited dates, so we didn't get a chance to try them with the kids. On the first night, we found dinner in the commercial area next to the hotel and used the pottery coupon the hotel provided. The concierge helped us find a shortcut, which saved the kids a lot of energy. There are also some children's facilities on the lawn connecting the hotel and the commercial area, perfect for an evening stroll with the little ones. When we returned to our room that night, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered snacks and fruit. The pool is also kid-friendly, with a maximum depth of 150cm, and the water was clean, though I couldn't find a swimsuit dryer. The next morning, we headed to the Ceramic Museum, which was less than a 10-minute walk away, and again, the concierge was very enthusiastic and led us there. That night, they again delivered snacks and fruit, and even gave the kids a room gift. Both kids raved about the hotel staff! Although the hotel clearly shows some age, the service was consistently warm and welcoming. Even on weekdays with fewer guests, breakfast wasn't limited to set menus. Every morning, the two little ones enjoyed feeding the fish. Housekeeping was prompt and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were always happy to answer questions. It was a very pleasant stay, and returning to the hotel under the scorching sun felt like coming home. A truly wonderful and heartwarming experience!

Stayed over the weekend. First off, the hotel is quite new, and the facilities are decent. It's about 2.3 km from Jingdezhen's city center and roughly 5.6 km from the high-speed train station. The breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. What I wasn't too happy about was the bedding; it's been a long time since I slept on such stiff sheets and duvet covers. They felt a bit scratchy and not skin-friendly – the quality just wasn't great. Since I used a pre-sale voucher, it came with a complimentary minibar and afternoon tea. As we were out exploring in the afternoon, we were able to pack up the afternoon tea and enjoy it as a late-night snack.

The environment is great, with birds chirping and flowers blooming. The breakfast selection is a bit limited but covers the basics. The hygiene is good, though some minor details could be improved. We received a free upgrade to a garden view room, which was a little far from the front desk, but they provided shuttle service for coming and going, and helped with luggage. They were very responsive to all requests and the service was excellent. The room balcony offers a lush green view, which was very relaxing. A really good experience!

Family, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding is so comfortable I wanted to sleep in. The service is impeccable; the staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

You can easily spend an afternoon relaxing at the hotel, enjoying tea and reading. Within 1 kilometer are popular spots like the ”Shouqiping” (a type of cafe), Bukongshan Coffee, and the Sanbao Art Museum, making it super convenient for sightseeing and entertainment. ✅Two breakfasts are provided each morning.
