Romantic Hotels in Jingdezhen

"A rather mixed experience. I chose Chuan Shang Xing over the Hyatt. First, the front desk service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming both when I arrived and when I left. They introduced the room and even recommended restaurants. Secondly, the location is great. You can head straight to the market from the hotel, and when you're tired, you can go back for a rest before continuing your shopping. The design is also very beautiful, and I witnessed a stunning sunset. Alright, that's all for the positives. I checked in at 6 PM, but the bathroom and shower still had standing water, despite the room supposedly being cleaned. I almost slipped. The room had a 'Syrian-style' vibe, which I'll assume was intentional design. But why is there a window on the wall between the bathtub and the bed...? It felt quite awkward. The bed sheets weren't very clean; there were some black threads on them, but I arrived late that night and just brushed them off myself. Also, regarding the complimentary travel photoshoot: after the shoot, when it was time to select photos, I was shown how to navigate 'previous' and 'next' and then the staff member left. I thought this was the standard procedure. However, later, guests who came to select photos had two or three staff members around them, saying things like, 'This photo is beautiful and expressive,' and 'You must keep this one.' No one assisted me until I indicated I was ready to pay. I found that a bit hard to understand. The trees are lovely, and the front desk staff are wonderful, but there are quite a few areas that need improvement..."

"What a hidden gem of a hotel! The location is quiet and peaceful, and I loved the Huizhou-style architecture and garden-like landscape. The facilities are quite new, and the service was excellent, with a butler even helping with luggage. It's perfect for a two-night stay, allowing you to explore Jingdezhen at a leisurely pace. My visit was too short this time, but I'll definitely be back!"

"Before coming to Jingdezhen, I spent a long time carefully selecting a hotel. Finally, after seeing a comment on Xiaohongshu saying, 'Once you stay at Manxin Mansion, you won't want to leave,' and having previously seen photos of its beautiful Chinese/Hui-style decor, I quickly booked it! (The off-season price was also very reasonable~) My stay this time was truly wonderful. First, the front desk ladies were all very kind and friendly; they seemed like genuinely good people and even escorted us all the way to our room. ☺️ The hotel has a small garden, koi in the 'Man Pond,' and plump, solid silver tabby cats – I seriously feel like I could retire here! The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and clean. You can brew tea, enjoy sound healing (singing bowls), and bathe in the room – I highly recommend the bathtub room! I usually experience severe pain during my period, but this time, after taking a hot bath beforehand, I barely felt any pain for the next few days; it was incredibly relaxing. The only minor point was that the complimentary welcome fruit wasn't very flavorful or sweet. 🥺 The complimentary plate painting activity was also a highlight for me, offering an immersive handmade experience in a warm and tranquil little space! They also helped us send our luggage to the train station in advance, which was convenient for our afternoon activities. All in all, one stay just didn't feel like enough. If I ever come to Jingdezhen again, I will definitely stay here again. 💓💓 I hope the staff continue to thrive and do well."
