The place was spotless (even the corners and hard-to-reach areas were cleaner than many star-rated hotels, especially the windows, which were impeccably clean and didn't obstruct the view at all). The soundproofing and insulation were also excellent; the strong water flow wasn't affected despite being in the mountains. The rooms were equipped with air purifiers and dehumidifiers, and the heating was very powerful! Overall, the facilities were a big plus. The food was delicious, and white tea and coffee were unlimited refills. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, it's the off-season now, so I didn't get to try the pizza as the staff were on break. I'll definitely come back in the spring to experience it again!
