GGuest UserA truly beautiful place! The staff's service and attention to detail were excellent, showing great care and consideration. The place was spotless (even the corners and hard-to-reach areas were cleaner than many star-rated hotels, especially the windows, which were impeccably clean and didn't obstruct the view at all). The soundproofing and insulation were also excellent; the strong water flow wasn't affected despite being in the mountains. The rooms were equipped with air purifiers and dehumidifiers, and the heating was very powerful! Overall, the facilities were a big plus. The food was delicious, and white tea and coffee were unlimited refills. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, it's the off-season now, so I didn't get to try the pizza as the staff were on break. I'll definitely come back in the spring to experience it again!

The big sister on the floor was very warm and said hello. The problem was very thoughtful and intimate.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The restaurant is on the first floor. A variety of breakfasts are served in a buffet style. There is a gym on the second floor. It is fully equipped. There is a refrigerator for drinks in the room. The whole house can be controlled by voice intelligence.
Hygiene: clean and tidy. There is almost no dust on the furniture and appliances in the house.
Environment: The layout of the hotel lobby and rooms is carefully designed and comfortable to look at, in line with the standards of a five-star hotel.
Service: Xinxin and Tongtong. The two services are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Because we booked two rooms for a family, the rooms were arranged together. The front desk also upgraded the room type for free. The hotel's car driver was also very attentive. The pick-up station is very convenient.

HHaniaishitouThe location is quiet and high-end, with the Taihang Mountains as its backdrop and stunning views overhead. The service is proactive and enthusiastic, and it's close to Shibanyan Town. Those who enjoy the guesthouse-style feel should find this a comfortable stay. This is a top-tier hotel in the county-level city, and there's nothing to fault. Thanks to our waiter, Ruifang.

GGuest User這次來湯陰遊玩，本來衹是隨便選的酒店，結果住完直接被圈粉，必須來認真寫個好評！
位置雖然不在縣城中心，但交通特別方便，下高速十幾分鍾就到，自駕過來完全不繞路，一路都很好開。酒店就在濕地公園和大湖旁邊，環境真的絕了，滿眼都是綠色和湖水，空氣特別清新，安靜到能聽見鳥叫，這種安逸舒服是市區酒店完全比不了的，太適合放鬆度假了。
酒店是新中式雅緻風格，裝修很有品味，拍照也出片。一進門就覺得乾淨整潔，衞生做得特別到位，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒服，洗漱用品齊全，細節都很用心，住着安心又舒心。
服務也很加分，前台熱情有禮貌，辦理入住效率高，有問題都耐心解答，讓人感覺很貼心。
周邊環境好，散步、看湖景、逛濕地公園都超方便，晚上特別安靜，睡眠質量直接拉滿。
整體體驗感滿分，環境、衞生、服務、位置都無可挑剔，是湯陰為數不多真正有度假感的好酒店。下次來湯陰，肯定還選仟那元熙，真心推薦給所有喜歡安靜、追求品質的朋友！
