Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300.- Quiet Hours 8 PM - 8 AM.- No access to the garage.- No shoes in the house - Guests visiting are not allowed.
