"No room cleaning services for the first week of stay at this hotel. Front desk staff are generally helpful, except the one male staff who checked me out on September 30. This staff was rude and seemed to ignore whatever I said. During my stay, I once asked him to help with the room arrangement, but he did not offer any help, though he said that he would. Later, I sought the help from another female staff to get the job done."

"My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham in Riverside California was a truly horrible expierience. The hotel was nasty, filthy with druv ******* walking around grounds 24 hours a day. The booking ammeneties were all lies and pictures were from somewhere else. 1st off they do not offer continetal breakfast, 2nd no hot tub, 3rd pictures of rooms didnt exist i seen 2 refused to stay in first room, my room had nasty black dirty walls, mold in plastic floor tiles, coffee machine didnt work, broken tiles in bathroom, no smoke alarm in room, cigarette burns in bedding and chair in room, blood or something dark on roof, drug ******* in parking lot yelling and screaming all night, guest with big dogs barking all hours urine and feces all over, garbage everywhere. Normally not a complainer but this place was trash not sure if this is trip.com's way of doing business but was ashamed to have my daughter and grandaughter come here to see me, after driving in from Phoenix was to late to cancel. Not sure that i will ever use trip.com again. 0 outa 5 stars."

"The room smells like an old clothes. They allow people to do ********* on the hallway as well. They even questioned me midnight of my 1st stay when someone called just to ask if I was able to make it safe going there, they were so rude and told me they can kicked me out without refund. Then when I checked out they did not return my deposit though I didn’t violate anything. They knew I was a traveler and I couldn’t complain to police about their ways. This hotel should be inspected for cleanliness coz I am sure it will not pass."

"The pool is dirty. The photos online are all lies. The lobby was a mess and smells. The room WAS NOT CLEAN!!!! Towels were dingy. There were roaches and other insects. Cable was terrible cutting on and off. Could not watch one episode without interruption. No house maid service. The air was so so. But the inside of my air conditioning was rusty. Holes in the walls. And they have poles sticking out from under the beds. The room is somewhat dangerous. I respectfully apologize but, this place I would not recommend. It needs to be completely repaired and remodeled as well as exterminated."
