There's also a Zip-line that runs the length of the gym, two basketball hoops.*THE HUGE ENTRYWAY landing has a coat rack with hangers. Spare blankets maybe be located in the sideboard under mirror. ADDITIONAL MOVEABLE BEDS such as the 8 cots and the 5 lightweight kid mattresses (63x28) along with extra pillows and sheets to go on the moveable beds are located in the Navy room closet. These can be moved anywhere needed. (Keep protectors on them.)*THE KITCHEN is located downstairs. It is well stocked with 2 side by side refrigerators, 2 side by side stoves, dishwasher, large sink and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with casserole/serving glass dishes, a hand mixer and mixing bowls, pots and pans, cookie sheets, standard cutting boards and a large butcher block, knives, multiple pitchers, a toaster, wash cloths, Keurig coffee maker, oven mittens, basic cooking utensils, a XL crockpot, XL garbage can, plenty of silverware, plates, glasses and plastic cups for children. There are also 2 highchairs. There are 4 dining room tables which will seat 36 guests. There are additional children's tables as well as two, 6ft adult folding tables with chairs to seat 12-16 more. These are located in the dining room closet. Extra chairs can be found upstairs in the gym on a chair holder. The spacious family room seamlessly connects to the dining room and kitchen, creating an open and inviting living space. It's equipped with a generous collection of Vtech GO-GO Smart cars and tracks neatly stored within two large ottomans, perfect for entertaining younger children. The bookshelf is stocked with Usborne children's books, providing a variety of reading options. For added comfort, spare blankets are conveniently stored in the sideboard beneath the TV. In addition, you'll find a wide selection of board games on the shelves.*BATHROOMS, there are 2 public-style bathrooms with multiple stalls for toilets, urinals, and separate showers. We will provide towels for the convenience of your stay, along with toilet paper, and shower gel. The Men's Bathroom has 1 toilet, 2 urinals, 2 showers, and 2 sinks. The Women's Bathroom has 2 showers and changing stalls, 2 toilets, and a large 3 sink counter with lit mirrors. There's also a vanity in the basement landing. Keep in mind this building is 100 Years old so there are some limitations on what we could do for remodeling. But when used as a church for 300 members it had half this many toilets. The entire party likely will not all be able to shower in the morning for an early event. Plan to stagger showers with the group at different times.*LOCATION The church is located on a corner of the block in a residential neighborhood. Parking for guests is all street around the church and across the road. *ACCESS: Guests will receive a code where they can come and go freely. Anytime a guest leaves they are required to lock all doors, and windows. LAUNDRY: There are no laundry rooms available to guests, however, there is a nice laundromat across the street.CONCERNING PETS: dogs are allowed with a $200 fee per animal, MAX 2 per group. Service dogs stay free but you must provide us with its service number so it can be confirmed on the national service animal directory. Our heart themed 3 bed 3 bath house is a great place to come and relax, have fun, and make some memories. We have 4 tv’s, a stocked coffee/cocoa/tea bar, ice machine, lots of blankets, fully furnished kitchen, great views from the 2 decks, 2 miles from lava hot springs, quiet country area where you can see the stars every night when it’s not cloudy, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, tankless hot water heater that doesn’t run out of hot water for those nice long baths, and more! It’s situated on 3 acres for you to take walks on, sit by the outdoor firepit (wood included), sled in the winter. We plan to finish our walkout basement this year to add another 3 beds/2 baths and kitchenette. Our landscape will be coming next month where we plan to add a lawn, flowers etc. We like to have gatherings and play games and offer the same. Each bedroom has a TV. Added a separate ice machine for summer parties and those trips away cause ice gets spendy, right? We are pet friendly and have a nice bed and blanket for your dog or cat and a wire crate for them to sleep in. We have dogs, and they are family to us and want them to be able to relax and have fun too! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, epsom salt/baking soda for a nice bath, Qtips, makeup remover washcloths, and one of our favorite things is the sink vanities we have in 2 bedrooms where you can get ready without tying up the bathroom. Our washer and dryer are new and we know it’s nice to have modern conveniences available. When showering or going to the hot springs or pools, we have plenty of towels for the house and away. We like to travel and amenities are worth it and if you forget some toiletries, we have you covered. We love Lava and think you will too! The Lava Barn was originally the centerpiece of a dairy farm established in the 1940’s. While the barn itself has been totally remodeled, the charm of the dairy still remains. The property is located 5 minutes from downtown where you’ll find epic river tubing and the famous Lava Hot Springs.The main level of the LavaBarn is the central gathering area for cooking, eating, relaxing, playing games, and watching movies. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a gas fireplace, a 75" TV, a massage chair (yep!) and a full bathroom.Overlooking the main gathering area is the king master suite, located in the loft. The suite includes a 55" TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.There are three bedrooms located on the lower level. Two of these bedrooms (one king and one queen) include a 55" TV and a set of bunk beds each (twin over full).The third bedroom is located in a more secluded area of the lower level.
