"This has a strong likelihood of being your worst motel experience ever, it was for me. I already had previous dealings with this location earlier in the week where they treated me very dishonestly. I have been fighting them through my bank for a refund. I bought a room for what I thought was the 13th of February but due to a glitchy website issue with Priceline I was given the wrong date of reservation and immediately called Priceline to try to have them modify it but they called this Motel 6 and were told no. I had to call this location and spoke to an employee named Yuvraj who told me it was their mistake to not consent to cancelling the false date and all I had to do was to call Priceline and have them call back to this Motel 6 one more time and they would fix the issue. I needed a room for the weekend date and went ahead and made a second reservation for the 13th. It turned out Motel 6 again lied and refused the refund. Then when we arrived on Thursday the 13th we found the bathroom was filthy. The rim of the toilet had yellow stains and hair, the floor was sticky and grimy from not having been mopped. The sink was backed up and sludge was coming up instead of draining after use. A member of my party had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom."

"The hotel is located on a hillside in a beautiful and pleasant environment. It's quiet, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Apart from the low water pressure in the bathroom and a minor blockage in the drain, everything else was great. The breakfast was also good 👍 The dining environment was excellent!"

"The floor was filthy, and the bed was littered with candy and plastic bottles. The shower was half broken, and the water pressure was weak. The pool was fine. At least the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was too basic, with only three car options."

"Great RV park. Supper close to the Lava hot springs. Great walking path. Loved the river. Would definitely stay again. Front desk staff young and could use some customer service training. Only con, park maybe had 10 rvs in one that holds about 100. Asked if we could have an extra 30 min. (Had an appointment) Due to the crazy construction at the entrance and to turn left was VERY difficult. Was told no. Then asked if they had suggestions on where we could park due to said construction going on on the HWY entrance. No, suggestions at all. Couldnt even give us suggestions on places that were okay to park to go into town. Not helpful at all. (Most of the parking lots/streets in town say no RV or trailers. Said no worries we will just check out now. (Around 8am) When I left the office I was told if we stayed 1 min extra they would charge for another day and we would have to leave. Um, we already said we would be checking out early then. So what was the point? But again great park and in my opinion just needs a bit of training and knowledge of the area."
