Room 103 is spacious and cozy. What we love the most is the strong water pressure, stable water temperature, floor heating and the cozy beds. There are one king and 2 long sofas 70 or 80 cm wide, which are more suitable for children, given the size. They gave free soft drinks in the fridge, replenished daily. The hotel has no parking so you have to park at the roadside. From the main road, you have to walk up 2 small slopes to get to the hotel. Location wise, it's very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel was very well located near the central town of Goreme, within walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay - helping with booking of services such as local tours, airport transfers and our hot air balloon ride which was cancelled initially due to bad weather, constantly checking if we are happy with everything, 24/7 availability via whatsapp. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety everyday. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel room was exactly as described online, and each room had a small outdoor balcony. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to fully enjoy it, unfortunately. 😂 If you're driving, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find, so it's best to go during the day. Otherwise, turning around if you take a wrong turn can be difficult. It's also not advisable to drive a large vehicle, as these cave rooms are built into the mountainside, making it hard for big cars to navigate. We stayed for two days, and the hot air balloons didn't fly. If they had, this would have been an absolutely stunning location! The hotel restaurant doesn't require reservations; you can just wait for a table. The hotel was cleaned very well, with no strange odors, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a big plus.

Location is perfect, heart of Göreme. Cave rooms are nicely decorated, dim lighting, ambience and overall design makes you feel like you are really in a cave. Jacuzzi in the room is good but the water takes some time to warm up. Because this is a real cave hotel (as the worker there explained), there are bits keep coming off from the ceiling in our washroom (not a big disturbance though, but we have to cover our cups when not in use) and we were told that it's normal for a real cave hotel. Breakfast-wise, food is fine, not much variations in different days but good enough to start a day.. Coffee is only for someone who just need caffeine. The terrace is nice, staff set up in every morning for the guest. Good thing is, it is not as crowded as other popular hotels. Overall, staff are very friendly except one guy (who appears to be a senior one), doesn't seem to be welcoming and hospitable. He always talk to us in a blunt tone when we have queries on the stay or the room condition. He definitely ruined our overall experience here! Sigh.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! A truly unique experience, a harmonious blend of host and guest! The hotel is located on the edge of Goreme town and is very quiet at night. To get there, walk to the roadside and then take a taxi (around 160-250 lira). The cave rooms are a local specialty, so they're inevitably dusty, but the cleanliness is excellent. They're not cleaned daily, and you can ask for missing supplies. The hotel breakfast is a set menu, perfect for enjoying the view. The owner recommended a nearby BBQ house for excellent value and excellent food! Highly recommended! After booking, you can ask the owner to help you book activities. I booked airport transfers, the Green Line, and a hot air balloon ride. The car picked me up at the door, and the prices were relatively reasonable. You could pay cash upon check-in, which was very worry-free. Because this B&B isn't a standard hotel, although the door lock and hot water were a bit tricky to adjust (the trick to opening the door is to push firmly, and the hot water is to start with a full cold water flow and then turn it to hot), the owner was very friendly and talkative. I had a wonderful three days in Kapa!

Even though it was winter, the underfloor heating made the room wonderfully warm and comfortable. The room itself was very clean, and they provided daily housekeeping during my three-night stay. Just a heads-up, the shower tends to slightly flood the changing area, so be careful there. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, which makes this hotel highly recommendable. Plus, they had a big dog which was a lovely touch!

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

The boss is very nice, the room has a private balcony, the view is first-class, those charging observation decks are not as good as the observation deck of the balcony of your room, everyone must come to have a balcony room, the location is good and the room is comfortable
