호텔 시설이 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 도착하여 라운지에서 편안하게 기다리다가 체크인 할 수 있었고 직원분이 무척 친절하게 설명해주었습니다. 라운지에는 간단하게 즐길 수 있는 음료와 간식들이 있었습니다. 방은 사진 그대로의 공간으로 매우 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 어메니티 구성도 굉장히 섬세하였고 드라이기 외에 고데기와 아이롱도 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 일반식과 양식으로 선택할 수 있었고 두 가지 모두 맛있게 먹었습니다. 야외에서 즐길 수 있는 스파도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔의 모든 부분이 만족스러웠고, 떠나기 아쉬울 정도로 행복했습니다 💕 다음번에 또 나가사키에 방문한다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.

Very old school ryokan! What an unexpected surprise! The grandfathers who drive to pick up and drop off our kids are all handsome men! The service is excellent, polite, friendly and enthusiastic... The hotel is situated on a mountain, making it a bit difficult to access. While a shuttle service is provided, it's quite infrequent. I chose the breakfast and dinner buffet package; the food was mediocre and certainly not made with premium ingredients. The hotel's interior feels dated and could use an update. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and offered excellent service. For the men's communal bath, you have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor and then descend two flights of stairs, which isn't very convenient for elderly guests. Furthermore, the main public bath uses regular tap water, not natural hot spring water. I booked a city view room, and the Nagasaki cityscape was absolutely breathtaking. A heads-up: the shuttle bus carries the name of a sister hotel, so be mindful of that. The pick-up location is West Exit W2.
