I stayed in the ”Premium Balcony Twin” on the top floor (13th floor) for one night from Sunday, April 28th. The hotel just opened on January 16th this year, so the whole place is very clean, and the objects displayed everywhere are casually neat, but very highly designed. [About the rooms] The biggest feature of the rooms is the balcony. When you go out onto the balcony, you can feel the pleasant breeze, and you can see the hilly streets typical of Nagasaki, the mountain on the opposite side of Mount Inasa, and the Nagasaki Port with many ships passing by on the left, which was very refreshing. The room is a spacious 36m2, with a comfortable bed, a large walk-in closet, and the power system is equipped with the latest facilities. You can also enjoy Youtube and Netflix on the large screen hanging on the wall. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped with a narrow but long bathtub, rain shower, hand shower, and other facilities, and the layout is straight from the balcony of the room, so the whole room feels very spacious. [About the Club Lounge] The hotel's club lounge, the M Club Lounge, is located on the top floor (13th floor), and its appeal is that it is open 24 hours a day. The sofas are spaced apart in the lounge, which is larger than I expected. During cocktail time and coordinated time from 4pm to 9pm, alcohol, cocktail food, and sweets are available, and the quality is quite high. It was a long weekend day, so the lounge was busy, but it didn't feel as cramped as I expected. [About Breakfast] Breakfast was served in a Japanese and Western buffet style at Harbella on the 7th floor, where the reception is located. The food was reasonably high quality, and local foods such as Goto udon and Nagasaki sara udon were also available. However, the main dish, which used to be made to order, was now available at the egg station in the buffet area, and I didn't think it was worth the price of 5,500 yen. [About the staff service] This left a good impression. Especially in lounges and other places where manual, formal, and reserved service is common these days, I liked the way the young staff actively tried to communicate with guests. [Points of concern] I would like to see additional recreational facilities such as a pool or spa. If this is difficult given the location, I would like the hotel to expand its services as a city resort, such as by organizing original sightseeing tours. I feel that as the hotel ages and guests tire of it, it will become a high-end terminal hotel mainly for business and banquets. One more thing I would like is for the route to be made clearer for those arriving by car. Unless there is at least an area reserved for guests in the Amu Plaza car park, it will be very difficult to park when it is busy.

Service and attention to detail can make a difference. A truly professional hotel in every sense of the word in an excellent central Nagasaki position. Need mall food, and you are spoilt for choice. Local top Japanese restaurants were fully booked so the mall choices helped.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

About 2 minutes walk from Ouratenshudo Station. Enjoy a high-quality stay and a rich sauna experience. FAV's high-end brand has arrived, while retaining the stylish design that can be enjoyed by large groups. Located about 2 minutes walk from Nagasaki Electric Tramway's Ouratenshudo Station, the hotel's greatest features are its three suite rooms, each about 65 to 80 square meters in size, and a private sauna. On the top 9th floor, we have three types of rooms available: "Bank Suite," "Sauna Suite," and "Suite," so that you can choose your favorite room depending on your purpose and the people you are traveling with. Each room is spacious enough.

The location is 11mins walk to Chinatown and subsequently to the Hamanomachi Arcade shopping street. It is located where Ouracathedral is, and the bus and tram station is just on the opposite street. My friend and I love the hotel concept/design and safe neighborhood. There’s also a vibey cafe at the lobby, which is very popular with the locals and tourists alike. The staff is very friendly and the seamless check in and check out process is worth mentioning. Good user experience overall, even though they don’t clean the room everyday (which means you pay less for the room, and can opt to pay the daily cleaning fees if you’re staying for longer period of time).

On the map, this hotel is very well located. Buses (including airport buses) and trams stops directly in front of the hotel. In practice, however, you need to use a foot bridge with only stairs to access the trams. If you are travelling with large luggage or have accessibility issues, it won't be so convenient. The hotel is (barely) within walking distance from Nagasaki Train Station, but there's no restaurant really close by. There's a convenience store located right on the first floor though. The hotel had an impressively large, old school styled lobby. The staff were really nice and professional even by Japanese standard. The public space met my expectation for a 4 start hotel. The room was huge for the price, and that was probably the best thing about the hotel. The interior was not fancy, and I saw many comments complaining the hotel being ”too old”. But personally, I found it work pretty well. The price was really good for the room size, and it did not feel as worn-out as some comments suggested. The general look and feel was slightly different from most Japanese hotels probably because it was previously ran by an international hotel chain. There were, however, some obvious issues about the room. I was able to hear my neighbor talking, which is something I don't expect from a 4 star hotel in Japan. There was some mysterious stomping sound in early morning every day. The card reader on the wall contained a powerful blue light that turns the whole room blue when all the lights turned off. If you like trains, the hotel has good view to trains getting in and out of Nagasaki station. You will hear them a bit but they don't run very frequently. The breakfast was offered on the top floor of the hotel, and the view was fantastic. The food quality was pretty good for the price, with lots of local specialties on the menu. I will recommend it. Overall there were lots of things to like about the hotel, but the soundproofing was really below standard for Japan, and my sleep quality wasn't that good. Which is why I only give it 3 stars. For those who are generally not bothered by noises or lights when sleeping, I think this hotel still worth a serious consideration for its value.

The lounge/lobby is spacious and relaxing. All of the staff members treat you with kindness and courtesy. The room I stayed in on the 7th floor was larger than I expected and well-furnished. Although the bathroom was integrated with the toilet, the sink was spacious and had enough space for small items, making it very convenient to use. Not only the room but also the glass sink cup gives it a luxurious feel. The buffet breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor and has a wonderful view of Nagasaki Port. The menu is extensive from Kyushu and Nagasaki. The hanpen paste and tangerine juice were especially delicious. To be honest, I would like a large plate in addition to a small plate. If the paper cup for your drink is made of glass, then there is nothing to say about it.

I'm so impressed with the services here. They took care of us very well and made me feel that they really gave the services from the bottom of their heart, with Omotenashi! We would get stuck on the Inasayama mountain at the observation building up hill because we couldn't find the taxi back to hotel, but the staff helped us by calling the taxi and we finally got to the hotel safely! Pheww~ They are Oldie but Goodie! I'll definitely come back! 👍

MMr GNo mistake, the location is on the road from Nagasaki JR Station and then go to the opposite side to enter the small line, easy to find. I drive, there are many parking lots nearby, but most of them have to be 1000 yen - night parking fee. Good experience. Fully equipped. You can eat in the house, it's so fun. But check in at the beginning, I felt a bit difficult. It turned out to be not too complicated, let me explain the scare. I will receive an email mentioning the password the day before I check in. The entrance of the building is at the entrance of a small parking lot quarantine. It seems that the Tang Building in Hong Kong has a staircase level of about 10 levels. There is a gate password on the first floor on the left hand side. You can open the gate by pressing the password. The owner's e mail will tell you about the mailbox for loading the letter, don't care. Just press the password and press ”Confirm”. After opening the gate, depending on the floor you live on. If you live in Room 402, you have to go two more stairs. If you take a 27-inch suitcase or buy a lot of things back to the house, you will be a little tired. To the door of the room, you only need to give you the password inside the e mail. On the side of the door, open the black cover and twist 🤏 to have a password. It seems that the lock of the luggage is easy to open a cover. You will see the door lock key 🔑, and you can take it down. The key is the same, put the key back into the black cover, transfer the lock password to other codes, and cover it. The owner's e-mail is so complicated, in fact, it is so original, don't worry about opening the door. I hope it will be helpful for future stays. We stayed for three days and two nights, but unfortunately, she only gave me two toothpaste toothbrushes, only enough for a day, and finally I had to buy toothpaste myself. The carpet is not very clean, the suck is not enough, but as long as you wear slippers, there is no problem. Others, clean, wrong. recommend.

YYihongqingshui2.0Ctrip's email says check in at 18:00, but it's actually 16:00. The check-in is not at the address. The reservation should be notified by email. I went directly to the address and climbed a staircase (Figure 2). The first time I didn’t see the description of Figure 1 (in the corner of the corridor), I contacted the store by phone and told me to check in at 16:00. I didn't say that I had to check in another place (English was very poor). At 16 o'clock, I went there for the second time, and then called to ask, and the person who answered the phone would not speak English at all. Fortunately, I found the description in Figure 1 and checked in again. This slope walked back and forth 3 times, and girls with large luggage are not recommended to live. There is also room soundproofing.

Only 1 parking right next to the entrance that is slightly expensive. Surrounding open air parking lots were cheaper. Entry is easy to miss (see photo) and self check-in did take some time via ipad.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the hillside opposite Nagasaki Station, about a 5-minute walk. There are three rooms in total. Self-check-in requires filling in emails and other information, which is a little troublesome. The hygiene is not as clean as the hotel. There is dust on the bedside and contact lenses left by previous guests, but the bed and bathroom are still quite clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware in the room, although we didn't use them.
