GGuest UserBe sure to read the check-in email sent by the hotel in advance, reply to the email and inform the expected arrival time, so that the stay will be more convenient! This is very important! The hotel is in a good location, just by the ancient city wall, but the store is not very obvious, it is an elegant villa hotel! The service is warm and thoughtful, breakfast needs to be determined one day in advance, it is recommended to be a little more! There is a special parking lot! You need to prepare your own slippers for check-in! It is a villa hotel worth experiencing 👍

GGuest UserStayed in La Wally room. In Luca city, it is the palace of the Tucci family before Luca, with a historical atmosphere and baroque style. That is, friends who drive by themselves must contact the store in advance, because Google Navigation will navigate the vehicle into the street that cannot be driven in, and you must follow the map route provided by the hotel. There is also the check-in time, which has to be checked in before 8 o'clock, otherwise a 25 euro service fee will be charged.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old town. If you are driving to get ready, the road is very narrow and it feels like you are going to meet people. In addition, it is not recommended to book 2 beds, because it is a very narrow single bed! Breakfast is quite rich, the old town is not big to walk anywhere.

The structure is beautiful and central. Unfortunately I could not take advantage of the stay because causes disease I could not leave.
I am sorry that the structure has such a tight rules that it cannot accept any request for reimbursement/partial reimbursement/change of booking in any way for one reason, among others, a certificate. I know that I have booked the structure from third-party site, The hotel could still accept to move my reservation and I was also willing to pay for the price difference. The staff I had to do with telephone was still kind, I understand that a receptionist cannot The hotel's instructions could be changed, but I think you could have done better. I appreciate the assistance I have received from trip.com, which at least returned me a small number in trip coins.
I still plan to re-book in this facility because I don't want to miss this experience of travel.

KKaisa Johanna’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
