AAnonymous UserPerfect location — everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and, very importantly, completely quiet — no noise from outside or other guests. The air conditioning did make a bit of noise, but this stopped once it was turned off. At night, it wasn’t needed anyway, thanks to the good isolation. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
One thing to note: late check-in (at night) comes with an additional fee of €20, also be sure to inform the hotel in advance about your check in time.

One point, but it is not critical because I understand that it is a space problem. The breakfast room is lunch is rather small and the restaurant service, but I understand it is due to the small space, it does not offer the opportunity to make a little more important dinner.

GGuest UserThis the no 1 hotel I liked during my trip around Sicily. The hotel is like hidden gem. Beautifully surrounded by olive trees, and love the rosemary at the backyard. The room is spacious, modern and chic. Receptionist is friendly and speak fluent English. I had diner here. It's like having a di er in fine dining. Everything is great, from the services and food. Highly recomended..

SsundncrThis is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The stay was wonderful too. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat. The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average size. It was a good and relaxing stay. I think parking is free here. There is a bit of Industrial area around the hotel, but it is very safe. Saw plenty of families with kids enjoying their stay. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant to try the local food. English is spoken by almost all the staff.

AAnonymous UserClean and safe hotel, spacious room with good spread of breakfast. Walking distance to Etnea (shopping belt), with several restaurants in vicinity. Enjoyed our stay there. Appreciate the staff for helping to arrange a room for us where we do not have to change room as we join our tour group that started with a night stay at this hotel.
