Perfect location — everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and, very importantly, completely quiet — no noise from outside or other guests. The air conditioning did make a bit of noise, but this stopped once it was turned off. At night, it wasn’t needed anyway, thanks to the good isolation. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. One thing to note: late check-in (at night) comes with an additional fee of €20, also be sure to inform the hotel in advance about your check in time.

It was very nice to stay at a Palazzo. The room is very beautiful and clean and the location is great! You can see the sunken ruins of an ancient Roman Amphitheater, the grand marble Monument to Vincenzo Bellini, the bustling daily street market of Fera o' Luni, and walk straight onto the famous shopping street, Via Etnea. And also catch the bus 434 to go to the very beautiful beaches of Giovanni Li Cuti, Aci Castello, Acitrezza… Andrea was fantastic and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean and neat, very close to the bus and train stations, and close to all restaurants and bars (there is one that opens 24 hours right downstairs). If you plan to go to Mt. Etna, this serves as a nice base for your trip as you can meet your A.S.T. bus in 6 minutes. The only thing is that they ask you to check-out at 10 am, which is quite early, but it is written in your reservation and you should be prepared. Also, there is no front desk and so don't you plan to leave your bags for the remainder of the day.

Set in a historic building in the centre of Catania, this B&B stands out for its traditional style and the quality of its service. Despite the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood, the rooms are quiet, full of light and – hey! – the ceilings are frescoed! The owner is always available via WhatsApp: he brings breakfast to your room at the agreed time and was very helpful in letting us leave our luggage in storage early in the morning and check-in, even though the room wasn’t ready yet, so to let us enjoy the city.

Hotel breakfast is superb! You can also see the snow-capped mountains on the top floor, the service is also very good, very recommended, suitable for vacation, a little far from the city, need to take a taxi

The hotel is in a good position, in front of the sea but not too far from the center, parking at only 10 euros is very comfortable, for the breakfast is both sweet and salty well for varieties and for taste more not Banale the room is very nice with the pool (which is active from 9:30 a.m.). The room is still in the right size and has a balcony on the sea so great, the bed seemed quite comfortable. I think the hotel's quality-price ratio can be on, there's some negative note, I confirm that the air conditioner makes a little noise, perhaps for someone it can be ”invasive”, in our room the discharge button was ”unfunctional” You had to turn the key and then press it to pull the water. It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. The room was very big and it was the only 4-star hotel I stayed in Italy that provided disposable slippers, and they were of very good quality. I stayed in 16 4-star hotels in Italy in one month. The heating was just not enough, it was only 11 degrees at night in early April. Not much choice for breakfast but the coffee was good. Eating out is pretty cheap anyway. I will never come back to this city but this hotel is a haven

I'm delighted to share my experience at this hotel. It's truly an excellent hotel: the room was very comfortable and pleasant, with meticulous attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—small gestures like leaving fresh bottles of water and candy every day really make a difference and demonstrate great care and a positive attitude toward guests. The location is also a major plus. It's true that the entrance through the parking lot can be a little difficult to find at first, but once you arrive, you discover that the hotel is in an excellent location: close to the seafront, easily accessible on foot, in a very pleasant, clean, and quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend it.

Hotel very clean. Great service. Unfortunately, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. But the gratification is great coffee.
