GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame.
With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

LLeoGoWe spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

FFroniuHotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

AAGELOSI had been to the same hotel two or three times last year, it was very good and nice compared to the other hotels I went to on the peninsula. This year I thought the manager changed and I asked do you have a new manager they said no the same one so listen. What I am going to say does not benefit us, the customers, but it is the truth and it must be said that it does not benefit us because the price of the hotel is going up and that is why I say that it does not benefit us the manager this year must have had a terrible inspiration because I saw a completely different hotel nothing to do with all the others I had seen and believe me I have been going 15 years in a row to the peninsula over 6 to 7 times a year vacationing in too many of them I have vacationed what I saw this year I have never seen before in any hotel. That is, from the staff more kind than the reception, incredible from the restaurants, the quality of the meals was on another level. In general, everything was wonderful, I would like to mention one by one the people I interacted with, but it is very difficult epigrammatically, so the meter that is in the Konstantinos restaurant she conducts the orchestra in the restaurant and believe me the manager very well the lady Eva at the reception has served us this is the third time she has served us herself in anything we have asked her the last time she brought us a charger from her house to charge the mobile us down in the pool next to where Artemis is with the skewers, all the guys are very helpful, to whom should I start, everyone is amazing, finally, I want to say a big thank you and well done to the hotel management and especially to the manager, he has managed to do incredibly well...

SSardor AnvarovUp to 4* I think this hotel is not pulling. A simple, small hotel. But the location of the hotel is just chic - at the center of all events :). The staff is very friendly and responsive, especially in the hotel's receptacle. From the hotel through the dining room there is a cool outlet to the sea. The view of the sea from the dining room is excellent (see photo). But why in this hotel take 10 euros as a pledge when issuing towels that you return when they return. Drinking bottled water only when inhabited, no longer update. Room was cleaned daily. Towels change in day after day.

Nice pools.
So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.
Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.
They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.
We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.
The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.
