The hotel was really great. It was very clean, so I highly recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness.There was a separate room for ironing. The room itself had a hairdryer, TV, an electric kettle, and plenty of coffee and tea. They also offered us a welcome drink when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby had lots of entertainment options and games. There was also a really nice bar, and people were still playing games there until late at night. The hotel also had a gym. It was close to a shopping centre, and the train station was about a 20-minute walk away. I definitely recommend

The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly. The noise in the bar at night is also very bad. Affect rest

⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐ I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

The hotel is in a great location, with the city centre within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. However, there is definitely room for improvement in the room amenities. When I asked the front desk, I was informed that only a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Basic essentials such as a shower cap, toiletries, and room slippers were not available, which was disappointing and below what I would normally expect from a hotel. Adding these simple amenities would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Convenient location. Clean. Bathroom is small but functional. Water pressure is not very strong and water temperature can fluctuate. On the 3rd night, there was no hot water but receptionist was quick to offer a compensation for the inconvenience. There is one set of washer/dryer on the 3rd floor and cost £1 per wash/dry

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we were attending my daughter’s wedding. My second daughter and friends also stayed. The location was perfect, the rooms and bed were spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient having a bar on site and great that the kettle was actually by a socket!! 🤣😃I would definitely recommend The Future Inn 😀

Following up on my previous review, I'd like to point out a few areas for improvement for future reference. Firstly, the breakfast offerings are still quite uninspired. While this seems to be common across the UK, with a high percentage of Asian guests, perhaps you could consider offering a wider variety of options in the future? After these past few days, I don't think I'll be having a similar breakfast for a long time. Secondly, my elevator experience was very unsatisfactory. For seven out of my eight-day stay, at least one elevator was out of service. I never saw all three elevators working simultaneously. The far-right elevator was even so dark that I had to use a flashlight, which frankly made me feel uneasy. Finally, there's the issue of the in-room drinking water quality! Perhaps you could consider changing your water supplier. After boiling, this water leaves too much limescale and genuinely tastes bad. This forced me to buy bottled mineral water from M&S instead. One point that absolutely deserves a negative rating: Gimi, the front desk attendant during check-out, was not very friendly. My English has deteriorated somewhat over the past year, and when I repeatedly asked her to clarify what she was saying, she looked visibly impatient, which was very unpleasant. Please strengthen your staff's customer service training! Overall, the stay was still pretty good. I hope to see some changes in these areas when I return next year.

Conveniently located close to the centre Warm welcome and fast check-in. Unfortunately very noisy overnight with bars behind noisily emptying glass in yo bins, people talking loudly, street sweeping in the early hours. Bathroom small and room a bit tired, with cracks in bedside table. Got an excellent rate on trip.com

It meets overall expectations. Some communications are certainly needed to make sure there is a correct understanding of arrangement of cleaning service and other services. The property itself is a big aged I would say. The washing and drying machines seems old and took long time to do washing. However the apartment is generally clean and with quite a bit of sunshine. Right value I would say. Overall the apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Cabot Circus. Convenient for food and general walk around. Yet not too far away from the old town - very walkable within 20minutes. The place is further away from Clifton Village and Suspension Bridge.

Wonderful hotel great to stay and rooms are brilliant. Would happy be back again . The spa and leisure at this hotel are brilliant.
