15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.  Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.  Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.  Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.  Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily. Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.  Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

Had a really pleasant stay at Ascot Hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city and access nearby transport, food, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. What we appreciated most was the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful facilities provided, which made us feel relaxed after a long day out. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

Very nice hotel, we had a wonderful room and breakfast was superb. Price for the night was clear but totally overpriced. Parking was in the back yard and extra to pay. Free drinks in the evening (in special times) were great. Stuff was super friendly and kind.

This hotel is super conveniently located near the City Hall Square, making it easy to get around whether by train, subway, or on foot to attractions and shopping streets. The rooms are small but lovely, and very clean, perfect for short trips where you just need a place to rest. The hotel lobby, lounge, dining, and bar areas are all on the top floor, offering great views of the square. Guests can also store their luggage for free, which is a huge plus.

The location is great, near the metro, the restaurants, cefe and etc. the distance from the hotel is walkable to the shopping street, museums where is center of the city. The room is clean and tidy. The shower room is wide and has a lot of space. There is no electric kettle in the room but you can rent at the reception. The decoration is very nice, in a nordic style. The staff is nice. Recommend!!

The hotel and casino are integrated, and the service is on par with a normal five-star hotel. Breakfast was also good; the yogurt was fresh, and the dark bread was delicious. The room also offered a great view. The only annoying thing was that the parking lot isn't managed by the hotel. You have to log into an all-Danish website within 48 hours to pay, which was really frustrating. And the hotel front desk couldn't assist with payment either... Otherwise, everything else was wonderful!

The room was very clean and convenient. We didn't purchase breakfast, but the hotel offered Too Good To Go (TGTG) surprise bags, which solved our breakfast needs for a small cost. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to tourist attractions, and there's a Burger King and 7-Eleven nearby. You can see the TGTG surprise bags I got during my two-day stay – they were very generous!

Hygiene: Nobody cleaned the room... After a day out, I came back to find the room exactly as I left it. The conditioner and tissues weren't refilled, and the overflowing trash can wasn't emptied. When I contacted the front desk, they said they only had two cleaners a day and couldn't do anything. Facilities: The hallway outside the room was a bit old, and there was a strange smell inside the room. The toilet seat was also crooked. Ambiance: The lobby was quite nice, and there were several restaurants to choose from. Service: The service attitude was decent, but sometimes I had to queue for a while at the front desk.

Huge thanks to the handsome front desk staff for upgrading us to a family room with a sofa bed – the view was absolutely stunning, we were so lucky! The hotel's overall location is also very convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, and generally, it offers excellent value for money!
