Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
MmaykThe supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.
LLing15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.
Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

Great
Cchikuchiku.YukiI stayed here on a solo trip! The room was adorable with a sloped ceiling and a window that felt like an attic room, and I had such a wonderful time. I could see seagulls and the morning sun from the window, making it so cozy that I just wanted to relax at the hotel. The wooden floorboards were also lovely, and it felt like I had my own little room, allowing me to travel as if I were living there, which made me very happy. Above all, the reception staff were incredibly kind, and I really felt the warmth of Danish people. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, but it's in the opposite direction from Strøget and Nyhavn, so be aware that you'll have a bit of a walk to get to the tourist spots!
GGuest UserHotel was close to the central train station, which was very useful coming in from the airport. Hotel had provided us with free macaroons and champagne as we were on our honeymoon! Was very pleased with our stays
AAnonymous UserThis place was within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, and the room was incredibly spacious and clean. The kitchen was also well-equipped with an oven and other cooking facilities, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage smoothly after check-out.
GGuest UserI basically chose this hotel on the reviews and location to Grand Central Station and wasn’t disappointed. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Station (although stick to any smooth footpaths or side of the road if you have a case because the cobblestones are brutal on your wheels 😟, maybe the city authorities could consider this with paths etc especially with people coming into/out of the city’s central station!). The hotel has a lovely cozy lobby, the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and kind. You need to handle your own luggage, not unusual in Europe. The hotel was super clean, nice room with great LED lighting and you can open the windows. And you had your own coffee machine - not that I knew how to work it! Shower was just great and good amenities. You can store your luggage safely in a locked room in the basement. This is really a great hotel, quiet location but you can walk to many bars, coffee houses and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again!!! Nice little bar in the lobby although i didn’t use other F&B.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super conveniently located near the City Hall Square, making it easy to get around whether by train, subway, or on foot to attractions and shopping streets. The rooms are small but lovely, and very clean, perfect for short trips where you just need a place to rest. The hotel lobby, lounge, dining, and bar areas are all on the top floor, offering great views of the square. Guests can also store their luggage for free, which is a huge plus.

GGuest UserGreat location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience.

FFallintutuHygiene: Nobody cleaned the room... After a day out, I came back to find the room exactly as I left it. The conditioner and tissues weren't refilled, and the overflowing trash can wasn't emptied. When I contacted the front desk, they said they only had two cleaners a day and couldn't do anything.
Facilities: The hallway outside the room was a bit old, and there was a strange smell inside the room. The toilet seat was also crooked.
Ambiance: The lobby was quite nice, and there were several restaurants to choose from.
Service: The service attitude was decent, but sometimes I had to queue for a while at the front desk.
