Copenhagen Hotels with Pools

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were always happy to help, especially the restaurant staff. The pool is not free for guests - it’s part of the paid for spa experience which was around 300 DKK per person. The luggage storage is 50 DKK per 4 hours so if you plan to leave your luggage at the hotel during the day you check out then you will need to pay for it.

The location of the hotel is not bad, about ten minutes' walk from the nearest subway station. It is a good choice for those of us who are sightseeing in the city. The overall room is clean and tidy!

The rooms here are very tall and not exquisite, but the design details are very good. There are two USB and two TIPS interfaces at the head of the bed. To turn on the bathroom light, just press it once and keep pressing it until it gradually brightens.

The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen facilities are complete, equipped with washing machine and dryer, and the transportation is quite convenient. The hotel is more than 10 minutes' walk from the Little Mermaid. From the Little Mermaid, you can walk along the seaside to Arleneborg Palace and King's Square in Nyhavn (more than 30 minutes), and you can play while walking. It costs 368 Danish kroner to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It is recommended to take the train for economy if you have less luggage (smaller suitcases), but you need to transfer. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in European flavor and tastes good. There is a western restaurant opposite the hotel, and there is a supermarket on the corner. There are quite a lot of things in it. If you are diligent, you can buy steak and bread to go back to the room to process. The taxi meter in Copenhagen will make your heart beat faster. The starting price is 45 yuan, and you will lose more than ten yuan after waiting for the traffic light for more than ten seconds.

My wife and I stayed here at the beginning of July for 4 nights as I was here to do a charity bike ride. The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport on the metro and a 2 min walk from the metro entrance. That’s as good as it gets. The reception desk staff are anything from very helpful to almost hostile depending on which one you get. The first room we were given was extremely hot as the sun had been on it all day and the air con was off. We turned on the air con but that was a waste of time so my wife went downstairs and asked that we were given a different room. The reception desk lady rather sternly said there were no more rooms but she would send the engineer up to have a look. An hour later and nothing by which time the room felt like a sauna. We then decided to go out in to the city for something to eat but stopped at reception on the way out. I asked about the air con and was told that the engineer had checked it and everything was ok. At this point I got some what agitated as this was not the case The air con was merely circulating warm air and I insisted we were given a new room. The receptionist agreed that we could change room when we came back from dinner. This we did. However considering the price of the rooms they are very over priced. The carpet was stained with what looked like bleach in various places and the shelving unit was covered in dust on the top shelf where I’m guessing the height of the housekeepers plays a part !! The hotel is situated conveniently for the city as you are no more than 10-15 mins from most of the main parts by metro which is only £2.50 each (one way) The breakfast was on but nothing to get excited about. There is a Netto supermarket directly opposite the hotel, so don’t buy the over priced water from reception. I would not stay here again as it do not believe it represents good value for money. It is tired and the rooms and public spaces need some re-decoration. And the reception staff need to listen to customers and accept that we are paying guests no matter how unhappy they maybe with their lot !

We stayed in a Classic Suite, which was amazing. Quiet, clean and very spacious. The pool area was amazing and the saunas on the sixth floor were very pleasant. A nice surprise that the content of the minibar and snacks were on the house. The only thing that could need improvement was the breakfast. It felt very disorganised and there were many tables that had not been cleaned from previous guests. It was difficult to find glasses, plates and cutlery and many breakfast items were empty. There was also no note on the breakfast items, so it was not clear what you were eating and no note on gluten-free or vegetarian items. The staff helped themselves to things from the buffet several times during the time we had breakfast, instead of cleaning up tables. All in all we had a really nice stay, and would certainly go back, but the breakfast has more to ask for.

Great studio flat in the tower section of the hotel for a long weekend. I chose it for the proximity to Parken concert venue (20 min walk) and also v convenient transport link downtown for sight seeing. Less than a minute walk from the underground and train. Beautiful clean flat with amazing view (1542 or 1541 have the best view). Helpful staff and also great gym n swimming pool guests can use. Nearby grocery shops if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Highly recommended.
