Breakfast was amazing. The staff were always happy to help, especially the restaurant staff. The pool is not free for guests - it’s part of the paid for spa experience which was around 300 DKK per person. The luggage storage is 50 DKK per 4 hours so if you plan to leave your luggage at the hotel during the day you check out then you will need to pay for it.

The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.

Lovely hotel well located to travel to the various districts of the city and particularly the centre. The team are great here, creating a relaxed atmosphere around reception and quick to help in any way they can. Our room was a good size with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Rooms are surprisingly warm even without the heating on. The windows are incredibly good at keeping out sound, though when open you will notice the street noise if in a room on the street side of the hotel. This is not particularly noisy but be aware if you have a room on the street side. I like the sound of a city so didn’t find it a problem. Bathroom shower was great but no robes which might annoy some people. There is a kettle and tea/coffee in your room and water in the fridge. The coffee is instant but actually it was ok - would be good to have some more milk in the room though. The hotel do a lovely cosy hour in the bar between 5pm and 6pm where you can get a free glass of wine/beer or soft drink and meet other guests if you want to. There is associated restaurants and spa to the hotel though we did not try them. Coffee in the bar area is not the best I have had but I am a bit of a coffee snob! That said they do some great Danish drinks such as Danish whisky’s which I had never tried before. Overall a lovely hotel and would be my first choice if visiting Copenhagen again.

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

We went to the hotel by car. There is a long way to the hotel. If you take public transportation, you have to walk a lot to get in. Halfway through the drive, you will see the horse farm and the residents who are riding horses, and you will arrive at the hotel after you pass through the stalls. This hotel is also famous for its own golf club, and there are many members depending on the number of parking lots.
The castle hotel itself is actually not big. The first floor is mainly a restaurant of decent scale, a guest lounge, and of course a conference hall. The middle terrace on the second floor is actually another restaurant, which can be reserved for businessmen to start a buffet lunch. You can go up and take a look or take pictures when you are not in the dining time.
Regarding the rooms, it should be noted that regardless of whether the room type has an auxiliary building or not, as long as it has a balcony or a terrace, it is in the auxiliary building. The main building, which is the only white building, all rooms have no balcony and terrace, including luxury suite.
We ordered a room with a terrace, which is actually on the first floor of the annex building next to it. The terrace is a small garden where the back door goes out, but it is not all enclosed. Anyone can walk in directly from the outside. Of course, we have not encountered such a problem. Reasonable people who came directly to sit on our terrace sofa, but it is undeniable that this terrace is a bit disappointing. We also asked the hotel about this, because there is no annex building next to this room type, and the response we got is that the main building and the annex building are connected by underground passages, so all are counted as castles even if the ground looks separated and the colors are different. There was no alternative, we accepted this explanation. We tried the underground passage and it was a bit detour, but it was really convenient on rainy days, but it was very unsuitable for carrying luggage, so our luggage was parked directly at the entrance of our annex building and then moved in.
The hotel’s breakfast is more traditional, it is a cold meal. There are not many varieties and it looks exquisite. If you need scrambled eggs, you need to ask the waiter. It is recommended to sit down and look at the menu on the table before deciding. Different egg methods have a difference between a charge and no charge. Although it is almost the same thing, we came up because we did not read the menu blindly and listen to the waiter’s introduction, and we were not told to charge. I'll be a little dumbfounded in the future. But the taste is good. I personally don't like the whole cold meal. It may be the Chinese stomach can't stand it, so it is recommended to order a scrambled egg for no extra charge.
Generally speaking, the room is exquisite, the toilet is slightly small but the retro style is very good, the writing desk is special and style I like it, and it is worth mentioning that I asked the front desk for hot water, and then gave me one Come over with a hot water kettle. As a Danish hotel that generally does not have a hot water kettle, this is worth extra points.

Outstanding
GGuest UserLocation: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!
陽陽光老師The wooden bridge behind the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel is really amazing. Some people are running, swimming, and riding bicycles. The photos are also very good. The hotel rooms are also very large and the service is very good. Located in the city center, it is also very convenient to go to Tivoli Gardens.

GGuest UserWe were ending a cruise in Copenhagen and wanted to spend several days in the city. Being an IHG rewards member the Towers were our option! It is good to see great reviews for a hotel when making a booking and I have to add to the positive reviews! We had booked our room so we could get in the morning our cruise arrived. We had just walked in when alarms went off, say there was an emergency and to exit the building! What a welcome. It was over quickly (we were told it was some baking product burned in the kit). They sent us to enjoy the breakfast buffet while waiting for things to settle down! That was our first of four great breakfasts! The breakfast buffet was a great mix - we loved the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. They beat the same items on the cruise! We liked the safety feature that you had to have a key to go up on the elevator. The room was large and well equipped. Great bathroom. Nice that you can quickly walk to the metro or train station. Since it is a fairly isolated location it was nice to have The Bark.
GGuest UserI booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.
AAlex LBooked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service.
In my case I found all the opposite.
First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating.
Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information.
Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough
I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed.
Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile.
Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise
Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.
GGuest UserWe booked a room through Hotwire.com and were very pleased to find that we got the Mayfair Hotel in Copenhagen as it is very conveniently located in the Vesterbro area. We only booked for one night on the way to Schweden. The Hotel is very nice and big, but now here is the not so good bit. We booked the third an most expensive a twin room and we got a broom cupboard as a room. It had a 150cm wide bed, but you could only get in from one side. The bathroom was also beyond his heydays. If they want give you room 1044 decline it. With two people in it you could barely turn without hitting each other. Needless to say we were not happy with the room and went to complain. The manager was very apologetic and got our points. He offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice king size bed. He wanted another DKK 260.00 for the night. In the end we got it cheaper, because we wanted a better room an were tired. In fact I would have expected a free upgrade but that did not happen. From a business point I would hire that manager, because he was very good at upselling. Just of this review, give room 1044 a wide birth
AArk Rice Eat 呃飯食The location of the hotel is not bad, about ten minutes' walk from the nearest subway station. It is a good choice for those of us who are sightseeing in the city. The overall room is clean and tidy!
GGuest UserScandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

GGuest UserI stayed for two nights and chose the hotel mainly because of the location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I know Copenhagen is an expensive city, but i did expect slightly more from my room. The room itself was tiny. The bed was under a window and there is a toilet cubicle in the room too. Once my case was opened, there was almost no room to get in or out of the bathroom . I am currently in another hotel in Stockholm for approximately the same cost and it is around three times as big with a sofa and sitting area. Feels like the company are simply trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into one building. I wouldn’t book again, even although it is in a good location and the staff were all lovely. Also, 95DKK for a cold breakfast (I realise it is continental, but there were NO hot items at all with 45 minutes of service to go) is very expensive.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, smart, awesome location (5 mins from the central station by bus and 2 mins by metro), nice staff with reception open 24/7 and so many things to offer. I was surprised the price was so low since it’s got everything you could possibly need. I’ve had a perfect stay!
