We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well prepared and offered a wide range of options, including both Western and local dishes—clearly reflecting the dedication of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center of Xianyang, though the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In the evening, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby street market, where Huitong Noodle was especially popular.

It is located at the entrance of Yuanjia Village, but there is no dedicated parking space. During holidays, you have to find a parking space by yourself and then park nearby at night. The room is a renovation of an old house, and it's a bit winding up and down. It's good to have a clothes hanging area, but there is no water boiling area (the table is far from the bathroom), which is inconvenient to use. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the bathroom is not separated and not big, which is a bit inconvenient for many people to use.

The service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

I stumbled upon this newly opened hotel and decided to give it a try. As the first large-scale resort hotel complex in Xianyang, the entire design concept and service perfectly match the hotel's positioning. From Ivy Zhang from the Guest Relations Department calling ahead to inquire about my itinerary for the next day, to the thoughtful room arrangement, everything was just right. This trip was too rushed to fully experience the atmosphere of the complex, but I will definitely come back next time!

I stayed at a hotel when I returned home during the Chinese New Year holiday. The lady at the front desk provided very good service, was very enthusiastic, considerate, and gentle to the children (there are special slippers and toothbrushes for children). The room was also very comfortable. I even made a return call to check the room. I was given a fruit plate to eat. I was greeted with a smile every time I came in and out. Parking is also free. Always a great stay! Manlan is definitely the best hotel near Innovation Harbor. A few details really stood out: Besides the usual toiletries, the room also offered a variety of Chinese-made products to try out. Plus, each room had disposable towels, a body fat scale, an umbrella, and even a wooden aroma diffuser, which were all lovely touches. My only minor complaint is that the late-night noodle service ends too early, and it's hard to find late-night snacks or takeout nearby, which is inconvenient when you get hungry at night.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

Grand lobby and spacious room. Lobby staff are caring. We wife had stomach flu and was unable to check up before noon. The staff let us extend our stay up to 3pm before check up. After checking up, the staff also accompanied us to the main entrance before we went into the cab.

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

I was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?
