My first impression was that the hotel is conveniently located next to the southeast gate parking lot, with easy access and parking. The hotel itself has a classic, old-fashioned courtyard style, and the back gate leads directly to Yuanjia Village's snack street. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room facilities were generally satisfactory, with a small table and chairs, and a rocking chair, outside. The courtyard was pleasant. They even provided two tomatoes in the room, and since it was Dragon Boat Festival when I left, I was grateful for the complimentary zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). The only downside was the poor ventilation on the first floor; everything else was fine. Finally, I suggest cleaning the blinds, as they were very dusty.
