RRipanfeitianWhat a fantastic experience! I originally booked a quadruple room, but the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The design is very new and modern, freshly renovated in 2025, yet there's no unpleasant smell. The entire room features smart voice control for all appliances, and there's also a smart toilet. The modern Chinese Wabi-sabi style design is very clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a popular chain restaurant, which also serves as the breakfast venue. The food was excellent, with Taian specialty noodles and pancakes. The bar also offers the hotel's signature health-preserving teas. Personally, I feel this is a people-centric hotel that definitely encourages repeat visits.

YyoyoThe hotel is great, high-end and classy, the waiters are very nice, and upgraded us to a suite for free, which is a big and beautiful room. The hotel is in a great location, right at the foot of Mount Tai, very close to the entrance to Tianwai Village, no need to drive anymore, it will be a must-choose hotel next time you come to Mount Tai!!!

RRonghuashuI booked a room at Taian Xiyuan Mountain Residence Hotel through the Ctrip app. The hotel has a great location with very convenient transportation, right next to the Taohuayuan cable car shuttle parking lot. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant, with a shopping counter and massage chairs! The room facilities are clean and beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the bedding and linens are spotless and in excellent condition, making it very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel front desk staff are highly professional and have a strong service awareness. Every employee greets you warmly. The overall hotel service is very warm, meticulous, and thoughtful, making you feel at home and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the shower room is spacious, and the water pressure is excellent, making showering very comfortable. Check-out is quick and easy, without waiting for room checks, and the hotel has seamless WiFi coverage. The dining is superb, with delicious food in the restaurant, making it an excellent choice for business and leisure travel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will highly recommend it to my friends.

FFair JudgeThis is a really good hotel with reasonable price (good location - not far from the Dai temple, the centre, train and bus stations; good cleanliness, spacious room, nice shower and vary comfortable bed; good breakfast, fitting well with both western and oriental styles). The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant short visit in Tai’an over all.

GGuest UserI went back to my hometown during the Qingming Festival in 2024 and found this new cooperative hotel on Ctrip. The price was very suitable, less than 200 yuan for a county-level city. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The room was clean, especially the bedding. The front desk clerk was enthusiastic and sent tea and snacks in the evening. It was very cost-effective and deserves a five-star rating. I will stay in this hotel again when I come back.

A small suggestion: If conditions permit, the decoration style and the comfort of the chair can be upgraded, of course, only personal opinions! The aesthetics are different! Already very satisfied! Will come again!

GGuest UserBasically every time Xintai travels, I live in Rongfeng. The highlight is that the breakfast is very rich, there are many dishes, various soups, various porridges, and good fruit quality. The environment of the new building in the south building is much better than the north building, and the interior is spacious. Opposite the hotel, you can walk by the lake, the reservoir, the water is very clean. City garden environment.

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I didn't realize it was a basement room, and I was worried it might be damp, thinking my 70-year-old mother wouldn't be comfortable. When I checked in at the front desk, I inquired about a room upgrade, and to my surprise, the hotel had already upgraded our room for free! Their service was fantastic. They not only thoroughly explained how to use the room facilities and the breakfast arrangements but also gave us detailed information about the morning sunrise viewing spot. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room was very clean, and while the shower water pressure was a bit inconsistent, the water temperature was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations the most. For only 20 yuan per person, it was excellent value for money. I loved the stir-fried noodles with shredded potatoes, and the soy milk was also rich and fragrant. There were many other options to choose from. All in all, staying here was truly wonderful, and we even saw the most beautiful sunrise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I climb Mount Tai.
