AAnonymous UserBecause the highway was too dangerous due to heavy snow, we got off the highway temporarily to find a hotel. Unexpectedly, it was surprisingly great. The service staff were very enthusiastic, the room was large, the layout was reasonable, the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was also very good. I want to come to Rizhao to have fun next time just because of this hotel!

In the evening, there are free porridge and side dishes that are very warm to the stomach, the room is very square, the hotel has floor heating, the air conditioner is not cold, the location is easy to find, and the parking lot is free. The service is also in place. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I was in a hurry. I forgot to bring my wallet and called to remind me to pick up the gold. Like it! Atour's quality is as good as ever!

QQingyingzhixia-quanchengmanjiThe room was spacious, with a bunk bed and a large bed, perfect for families; even two older children wouldn't feel cramped. Four tickets to the Sky Rainforest were included, which was nice for winter travel as it was warm and offered beautiful views, including the sea. The Sky Rainforest also has restaurants and play equipment for children like climbing nets and slides – highly recommended! The room was clean, with new facilities. The view from the window was of a lake and MixC shopping mall – a nice view. The whole room was smart home, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI can only say perfect! Very good location, great rooms, walking distance to old town! Also we booked room that look to river, but they upgraded us for free to room which look to ocean! Everything was just perfect and if I go to Rizhao again I hope they will have room to stay there again! Thank you very much for great hospitality, service and experience!

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying in this hotel. It is one of the better ones in Wulian. I had a good experience. The room facilities are complete, the air conditioner is very powerful, the heating effect is particularly good, and the central air conditioner can control the temperature by itself. The network signal is strong, and there is no lag when watching videos and TV. 24-hour hot water is very convenient, the hot water comes out quickly, the water temperature is high, it is very comfortable to take a hot bath, and the bathroom drains quickly. The service staff has a good attitude and it is a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired. The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience. However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

I sincerely suggest that it be improved quickly. The laundry service of such a new hotel is weak, which is a shortcoming. A good hotel has three plus points: comfortable shower, rich breakfast, and convenient self-service laundry (refer to Atour S Hotel).
