GGuest UserAside from the initial issue with the air conditioning, which required an emergency visit from the staff, everything else was fine and I slept peacefully. The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. I paid 159 yuan for a gold card, which included breakfast. The late-night porridge station was a bit slow; it was gone by the time I arrived ten minutes late. The restaurant also lacked air conditioning, which was incredibly hot on an August night. I hope this information is addressed.

AAnonymous UserI am very careful when choosing a hotel. Let me talk about the good points first: 1. The rooms are very clean and large, with balconies to enjoy the view. 2. The decoration looks very new at first glance, from the shower room to the sink and toilet, it is very considerate. The hardware facilities are very complete. 3. The breakfast has a rich variety, including fried crab. 4. It is very close to the seaside, within walking distance, and not far from the town. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The service is really bad. Before booking, I called to ask if I could have a sea view. The waiter who answered the phone told me that I wanted an executive king room. Then I said that the reviews were all about superior king beds with sea views. She hesitated and said that it might be upgraded, and then said that I would upgrade it for you. When I arrived at the store, I still had the same problem and told her that she had called before and wanted to see the sunrise or sea view. Then the front desk clerk still asked me to buy an executive room. Don’t believe everything in the comments. I said those comments were all fake, but she didn't dare to admit it. Finally, they offered me a room at the end of the corridor after upgrading. I definitely would not agree. After a long time of tossing, I decided to take the first picture of the double bed room, which can see the sea view from a distance. As for the service, it is very disappointing that it is unprofessional and does not consider the guests. Finally, I had breakfast in the morning. I was given two of the four breakfasts I bought for two rooms. I was embarrassed and thought I was here to eat. It really made me sick. The first thing I consider when staying in a hotel is service, but I really cannot praise this service.

This time I chose Blue Sea again. It really did not disappoint me. The facilities are complete and relatively new. GGuest UserThis hotel its an iconic building of Rizhao and it should not change at all. The place has history, a 70s feel as it was at that time and what was the trends then. It's like travel back in time. All the small new details in today hotels are missing but I think knowing this before hand is good. Nobody mentioned that and they shoud if possible ask, as I was disappointed that my views were not to the sea side. However the other side has the sunset benefit. Also take with you an extention cable as the plugs for the chargers are not next to the bed but the opposite side. (That's really annoying). Matrass are really fron the 70s. ,Anyway staff was really friendly and they even surprised me with a snack in the afternoon. Thanks God I was doing nothing wrong when the guy appeared. The breakfast place is really 70s chick, I hope they don't change it. Also take coffe with you as their coffe is the worst I had on my life. It was some grey powlder that you add water to. Anyway worth the experienxe as the Chunking mansions in Hongkong.
