The guy and girl in the restaurant serve very well and will always meet my needs. The girl and guy at the front desk are warm, polite and patient. The boss, Xiaoying, handles problems in a timely manner and can see me every day. Seeing her busy back, either working or inquiring about the customers' needs, I wish sister Xiaoying a prosperous business and great wealth. I hope the aunties in the housekeeping department will know how to be flexible. In the morning, I asked the aunties on the first floor for a bottle of mineral water, but they refused to give it. One moment they said the boss wouldn’t let it, and the other moment they said there was no blind spot monitoring. The next moment they said they had to ask the front desk before they could give it to them. Now It makes the guests feel impersonal and very rigid. I watched other guests take mineral water. I still told the aunt about the situation before I took the water. She didn't agree. Should I not take the aunt seriously and not say hello in the future? Just get water?

There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, the high-floor rooms have a wider view, and the living experience is better. The only drawbacks are that the waiting time for the elevator on high floors is too long, there are too many people at breakfast, and the restaurant has limited capacity.

Talking about the advantages of the room, the room is huge, and it also has a super large balcony with a 45° viewing angle. It is not a full sea view, but it is already good, and the sound insulation is very good; the bathroom has a shower room, a bathtub, dry and wet separation, a safe, and a refrigerator. This is a complete standard. It can be seen that the decoration materials are better than many new hotels. The bedding is also good and the sleep is quite comfortable. It is recommended that the housekeeping department open the refrigerator in summer and put more ice water in it for guests to take it by themselves, otherwise it is time-consuming and laborious to call the housekeeping department to deliver water all the time. Water doesn't cost much. The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old. A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here. Overall, it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the beach, star standard, and the price is not expensive. For families traveling with children, at least the hotel does not have much formaldehyde smell, which is in line with expectations. The breakfast is OK, with rich varieties, including pancakes, wontons and noodles, as well as Chinese and Western food. It is quite good.
