xinzhisuoxiangThis time I traveled to Xinjiang, and my greatest satisfaction was with the hotel's service. I've been here for more than 10 days, and all the hotels I've stayed in are basically very clean. This hotel is the largest of all the ones I've stayed in. They have many guest rooms, a particularly large yard, and a very good hotel environment. Yesterday, because we took the Duku Highway, we arrived after 1 a.m. The front desk saw that our child was a little older and was afraid that our bed would be too small and crowded, so they upgraded us to a deluxe standard room. The pillows were latex, and we slept very comfortably. The rooms are spacious and clean. Most importantly, it's not far from the city, but the living environment is very quiet, without any noise, which gave us a quiet sleeping environment after the tired journey. It's really great!

The room is also very large and looks exquisite. I feel it is worth the money.
The big-eyed lady at the front desk has great service. She's super awesome. She's super enthusiastic and has a very good service attitude.
Breakfast has a rich menu and good quality. There is a lot of meat and the ingredients are very fresh.

Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~
The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserI was initially happy because the room seemed spacious and the environment was nice. However, after using the hotel shampoo, it felt like my scalp was being pricked with needles – it hurt terribly! I quickly washed it off, but it didn't help. I was supposed to use conditioner afterward, but that didn't work either. After washing my hair, I showed it to my daughter, who said my entire scalp was red. I didn't even think about taking pictures then; it was already past midnight, so I went to sleep. When I woke up the next day, my scalp was covered in yellow stuff, and I remembered I needed to take pictures. Part of my scalp was still red and swollen. Although the manager apologized and bought me some snacks, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this, and I'll never use hotel toiletries again. Someone must have tampered with my shampoo bottle; what I squeezed out wasn't white, but the bottle was full of white stuff. My good mood for the trip was completely ruined.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I booked Zhefei during my trip to Xinjiang. The room is very clean. The bed sheets are white and clean without stains. There is no odor. The fresh and pleasant atmosphere as soon as you enter the door is rich in hotel food and beverage. The breakfast tastes great. The high floor sound insulation is also quite good. You can also see the scenery at night. The front desk staff also gave two bottles of hot water when checking out because the weather was cold. The service is really good
