"As a member of the Corps, I was surprised to find such a quiet and high-end hotel under the Kaiyuan Hotel in Huyanghe City when planning the route. I placed an order without hesitation to experience it. The hotel facilities are very new, the area is large, there are many tourists, the location is easy to find by car, the sanitation is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, and catering services are also provided. The outdoor environment is still very cool in hot weather, which is beyond expectations. It is indeed a great place to stay for group tours to Duku Highway, Nalati, Sailimu Lake Scenic Area, self-driving tours, or to Urumqi via Wukui Expressway. It is recommended to increase the number of staff when there are many tourists traveling to reduce the possible waiting time, and to increase the number of staff in the dining area; the privacy of the elevator should be strengthened, and the hotel should add parking guidance signs or staff to make it easier for guests to see. I stayed in room 1011. The light belt in the room kept flashing. I just checked in. Miss sister called back to visit the room. Is it satisfactory? When it comes to the light belt flashing, Miss sister immediately brought the master to check, and the young lady insisted on changing the room for me immediately. We didn’t mind the big deal, so we just turned on the light less, but Miss Sister told me many times and changed the room for us. Finally, we didn’t change the room. Soon after, I came to give us two small gifts. Although it is a small doll, Miss Sister made us feel that her work attitude is really super serious and responsible! Then immediately at night, I set up Atour in other cities in the itinerary, hahaha, the service attitude is great! When I finally checked out, the weather was hot, and the front desk lady immediately filled us with bottled ice water and tea. It was really intimate! It is also one of the wonderful experiences to meet these lovely people during the trip. ～～"

There is enough space for us to work next to it. The bathroom is quite large and the mirror is quite long. We can brush our teeth and wash at the same time. , the only bad thing is that the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall, and there is no other two-hole socket to plug in my hair straightening plate. I have given feedback to the store on this point, and I hope the store can improve it. The overall experience is very good.

But on our last night in Xinjiang, the warm hospitality of the friendly receptionists, Zisu and Xiao Li, at the LeFeng Hotel in Kuitun, made me feel right at home! Here's a closer look: After a 14-day road trip through Xinjiang, we arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m., exhausted. Upon seeing we were a family of three (including an 11-year-old child), the receptionist, Zisu, offered to upgrade our king-size room to a family room and provide complimentary breakfast and fruit. It was truly touching! The next day, when we checked out, Xiao Li, the receptionist, was replaced by Xiao Li, who warmly prepared water for the trip and a check-out gift. Truly thoughtful! Honestly, after staying in various hotels in Xinjiang for over a dozen days, the LeFeng Hotel in Kuitun was the best! I'm a business traveler, and I spend more than half of my time each year in hotels across the country. I've stayed in five-star hotels of all brands. While the Kuitun Lavande isn't exactly the best hotel in terms of amenities (it's not five-star, after all), the warmth and touch it gave me were just as good as any five-star hotel! I give it a thumbs up again!

The hygiene is okay, but the soundproofing is very poor. There is a room next to the wedding reception, which started very early in the morning and is very noisy.
The bed is a bit too soft. For someone like me who is used to sleeping on hard beds, I hardly slept at night and my waist was very sore after sleeping.

We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.
