"Haha, could the Hilton parking sign be a bit more noticeable? You really have to look for it in the underground garage! It's right near Youhao Shopping Mall, and there are tons of food and drink options just a short walk away~ The room is spacious and clean~ Staying at a chain hotel when traveling is always the most reassuring, and the value for money during Chinese New Year was excellent (smiley face emoji). I bought a lot of snacks to enjoy, and the windowsill was perfect for that. I even did my makeup there in the morning, lol. P.S. The 'Guaiwei Liangmian' (strange flavor cold noodles) from Xinyuan Snacks are absolutely delicious, top-notch!"

"The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

Service: Carried my luggage to the front desk, but there was no one to guide me. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction barriers. Stood at the front desk watching three staff members help another guest, with no one paying attention to me, who needed to check in. The room was difficult to navigate, with many twists and turns. The can of coke in the room was dented; I wonder if the room had even been inspected. The coffee machine stopped working later in the morning. This was the worst Atour I've stayed at among many others. The only silver lining was that I needed to use a microwave to heat up a meal, and that request was fulfilled. For that, I am grateful."

"This has to be the cheapest Mercure I've ever stayed at! As a new hotel, the facilities are brand new, and the parking lot is huge. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming; they offered hot water the moment I approached the counter. Check-in was super fast, they explained everything thoroughly, and even escorted me to my room. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a large screen TV, and in the morning, they delivered complimentary fruit and yogurt to the room. The bedding was comfortable too. Staying during the off-season definitely makes it an unbeatable value for money. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options."

The light luxury crystal chandeliers in the lobby cast beautiful shadows, and the orange-red sofas are just the right firmness, making them incredibly comfortable to sit on.
