Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic. You can request the front desk to disinfect the pools before soaking.
Environment: The air is fresh in the mountains, and there are many stars at night.
Service: I went on the 4th. The young staff at the front desk were exhausted during the three-day New Year's holiday, but they didn't slack off in their service.
Especially the young man who taught the pottery class; he was incredibly patient and caring towards customers and children, and did his job admirably.

AAnonymous UserThis stay experience was really beyond expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, you can feel the full sense of high-end, exquisite decoration style and just the right fragrance make people relax instantly. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. Not only was the efficiency super high when checking in, but also intimately introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding play guides.
The room surprised me even more, the space was spacious and bright, the sanitary condition was impeccable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept until dawn. Intelligent equipment is all available.
The hotel's dining is also very good, the breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western cuisine is available, the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The gym is fully equipped and clean, and the fitness equipment is well-known brands and the experience is excellent.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure holiday, this hotel is a great choice, and I will not hesitate to stay next time! Highly recommend to everyone!

YYounichuxinggengfangbianThe hotel's internet connection is particularly bad. I can't even watch a football match on TV. The lag is bad and the sound insulation is not good either. You can hear people talking and coughing in the corridor. Four-star hotels charge for printing some materials (other four- and five-star hotels do not charge for printing). The overall feeling is not very good, but the front desk service is not bad.

GGuest UserThis hotel is recommended by a colleague. The room is clean and tidy and has complete supplies. There is also a clothes ironing machine, which is really considerate for people who have to work the next day. The front desk was also very enthusiastic when checking in, and also introduced the surrounding places to eat. The cleaning lady I met in the corridor also greeted me warmly. I rarely comment every time I stay in a hotel, but I am really satisfied this time. It can be seen that the management is very good. I give a thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel is truly fantastic. It's incredibly close to the train station, probably less than a 5-minute drive. Even though I arrived quite late, my room must have been pre-arranged because they had already turned on the AC, and it was wonderfully cool as soon as I stepped in. These thoughtful small touches really demonstrate their attention to detail. They also boast a complimentary gym and a swimming pool. I was on a business trip and didn't get a chance to use them this time, but I'm definitely planning to try them out on my next stay.

YYisihanyiThe first time I went, I felt very good. The actual name is different. It is called Wanda Jinhua Hotel. Xin Luxury knew that it was called Joy Hot Spring. Otherwise, I really couldn't find 🤣. The attitude of the front desk lady is very good. The hotel configuration is also very good. You can also connect to Bluetooth. But I really want to complain about the bathroom lights and exhaust fans. The sensors are still linked together. After going to the bathroom for a while, the lights and exhaust fans are turned off by themselves, but overall it is good.
