Family Hotels in Anshan

Facilities: Newly opened, the facilities are all state-of-the-art. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic. You can request the front desk to disinfect the pools before soaking. Environment: The air is fresh in the mountains, and there are many stars at night. Service: I went on the 4th. The young staff at the front desk were exhausted during the three-day New Year's holiday, but they didn't slack off in their service. Especially the young man who taught the pottery class; he was incredibly patient and caring towards customers and children, and did his job admirably.

”The real top service is to make the standardized process disappear into the intangible”. During this stay, your hotel front desk team profoundly improved the guest experience with excellent service standards. Special praise for Ms. Liu Junling's outstanding performance, her professionalism and humanistic care fully reflect the essence of your hotel's service: 1. Efficient and accurate business operation; 2. Guest care beyond expectations; 3. Professional model of crisis handling; 4. In-depth interpretation of brand value. Ms. Liu Junling has always taken the responsibility of decent manners, sincere smiles and ”first question responsibility”, so that guests feel the service philosophy of ”human kindness”, so that the process of reception has a human temperature, he is the efficiency and temperature ”softer”, and the late night ”guardian”, It is also an icebreaker who helps customer service deal with the crisis. Overall rating: impeccable service, exquisite and comfortable rooms, excellent dining experience, excellent location

The main reason for choosing Puyin is because of the swimming pool. As a result, only one person is free for two people and the other person needs to be charged. If this policy is to be expressly stated on the app? The room is quite satisfactory and the sanitary conditions are average. The large area on the ground next to the refrigerator is sticky. It is estimated that the last guest drank a drink on the ground. After talking to the cleaning staff, the cleaning staff responded quickly and solved it immediately. The shower in the bathroom is not good, the water pressure of the nozzle is obviously not enough, the forks are everywhere, and the bath is not happy. The hotel's breakfast room is very good, the facilities and dishes are very good. In short, it is quite satisfactory.

Complete facilities, smart toilet, although the room is facing the street, but not very noisy, the whole house is smart, the music accompanying sleep is also very good, sleeping very comfortable, the food delivery robot will call at the door, I have lived in a robot before. I have been calling at the door, and the sound is very small. I can't hear that kind of thing when I'm on the TV in the house. This is like

The environment is very good. It was snowing when I came. It was so beautiful. I highly recommend it. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. There is no hidden cost. You can go there with confidence!

Stayed in Yingbin Building and had dinner at Longgong Hot Spring. The service in Yingbin Building was good and well-received, but the service in Longgong needs to be improved. The room I booked came with double breakfast, and a 1.2-meter child was free, but the child was actually charged 19 yuan for dinner (the child was three years old and less than 1 meter tall).

It was my first time staying at Wuhuan Hotel. I came here because the room rate was very favorable. Although the rating was a bit low, I felt really good when I checked in. The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs. They briefly introduced the switches of various lights in the room, which was a bit complicated. Other people's comments were more or less biased. In short, the overall feeling was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Anshan in the future, I will stay here again…

This stay experience really exceeded expectations too much, must give all five stars praise! The location of the hotel is particularly good, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. We were satisfied with the room, had plenty of parking, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!
