**Facilities:** The hotel is a completely self-contained area. After parking, you need a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The entire room was designed like a townhouse, very private. Before check-in, the butler sent a list of the hotel's entertainment activities. Since it was winter, there weren't many activities available. We tried a pottery class, saw deer and capybaras, and also made a detour to Qingshui Bay (at our own expense) for a body scrub.
**Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean. Before using the private hot spring pool, you can ask the cleaning staff to re-clean it, which provides great peace of mind. Soaking in the misty hot spring and relaxing your mind and body is truly a wonderful treat.
**Environment:** The hotel exclusively occupies a mountainous area with fresh and pleasant air. Whether it's an evening stroll after dinner or a leisurely walk in the garden in the early morning, it's refreshing and truly makes the trip worthwhile.
**Service:** The staff were friendly, often greeting us when we met, and promptly responded to and handled any issues we had, which significantly enhanced the overall stay.
**Overall:** This was an almost perfect stay. The private and peaceful environment coupled with meticulous and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly comfortable. I'm looking forward to the future treehouse room types!"

"Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices."

This time staying in the hotel, the experience is perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the enthusiastic and professional front desk staff quickly handled the check-in procedures and also kindly reminded me of nearby food and travel guides. The service details were very detailed!
The room was clean and tidy, with no odor at all. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right hardness for me, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room is decorated in a warm and stylish way, with all the smart equipment available. Lighting and air conditioning can be easily controlled via mobile phone, giving it a full sense of technology. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are high-end scented ones, and even the hair dryer is a well-known brand model that does not damage the hair, showing quality everywhere.
The price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose this restaurant next time I come here. It is definitely a five-star rating!

We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!
