"## Review **Facilities:** The hotel is a completely self-contained area. After parking, you need a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The entire room was designed like a townhouse, very private. Before check-in, the butler sent a list of the hotel's entertainment activities. Since it was winter, there weren't many activities available. We tried a pottery class, saw deer and capybaras, and also made a detour to Qingshui Bay (at our own expense) for a body scrub. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean. Before using the private hot spring pool, you can ask the cleaning staff to re-clean it, which provides great peace of mind. Soaking in the misty hot spring and relaxing your mind and body is truly a wonderful treat. **Environment:** The hotel exclusively occupies a mountainous area with fresh and pleasant air. Whether it's an evening stroll after dinner or a leisurely walk in the garden in the early morning, it's refreshing and truly makes the trip worthwhile. **Service:** The staff were friendly, often greeting us when we met, and promptly responded to and handled any issues we had, which significantly enhanced the overall stay. **Overall:** This was an almost perfect stay. My expatriate relatives raved about how convenient it was for accommodation and dining, especially the English descriptions of the restaurant dishes, which was fantastic! It really has an international feel! The swimming pool is beautiful, with excellent water quality, perfect for exercise and relaxation! The gym was clean and tidy, and I felt very comfortable exercising! The restaurant also had a wide variety of delicious dishes! Everything was absolutely fantastic!!!"

"Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices."

This hotel is amazing. The whole house is smart. Xiaodu will do everything for you just by lying on the bed and talking. The room is spacious and bright. Every facility is carefully designed and the details are meticulously reflected. I am very satisfied with the clothes hangers. I can hang my coats and sweaters on them. There is still plenty of space. The slippers are of good quality and have thick soles. The children especially liked the robot service here, and they even ordered takeout to experience the fun of having the robot deliver it to the room. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Anshan next time.

Everything was good and the staff were very polite and kind and dealt with the needs and helped with anything I needed and everything was beautiful in the hotel but there was some maintenance or construction work and it was causing some disturbance.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Anshan Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made me feel at home. I also really appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. Old hotel, because I went to Anshan to eat with friends, I booked the cheapest room for a sleep. It's a bit old, and the sewer smells a bit. The newly renovated rooms on the high floors should be much better. The service is satisfactory. Free parking for guests is good. There is a swimming pool. It costs 20 yuan for guests staying in the hotel. There are fewer people in the morning, so you have to bring your own toiletries.

This is my second time staying here. We chose this place again this year when we brought the kids to Qianshan. It's very close to the mountain and has hot springs, so you can soak in them after descending the mountain. There's also an outdoor hot spring with great water quality. The air is exceptionally fresh, and there's a swimming pool that the kids love – they didn't want to leave! It's truly perfect for family trips! The service is excellent! They even included breakfast, with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, as well as steamed buns, eggs, milk, and more – all very good! I highly recommend it! The price is reasonable, and it includes hot spring tickets, making it great value for money!
