Now we will share the experience of staying with you (the room has a deposit of 100 yuan, and it will be returned the same way when we check out). Service: When I checked in this time, compared with the previous few times, the front desk seemed not as enthusiastic as the previous few times, and I felt a little powerless to speak. At the same time, although the front desk said that the room type was upgraded, it was only a simple mention, and it did not explain what the upgraded room type is (checked in several times before, When the front desk upgraded the room type, it explained what the upgraded room type was, but this time it didn't). In addition, when asking the front desk what time our room was checking out at the latest, the front desk directly answered that it was check out before 2 pm, but I redeemed the rights for late check-out (check out before 3 pm) on Trip.com , but the front desk did not notice this. I feel that this is a detail problem, I still hope to pay more attention to it in the future. Hygiene: This stay, the hygiene aspect is generally perfect. The only thing to point out is that there are obvious stains found on the toilet seat (Figure 4). Facilities: The basic facilities in the room 2524 in Block B are fully equipped, even refrigerators, washing machines, and small tea bars. This is a great highlight in hotels at the same price. Of course, the hotel is biased towards the apartment style, so these are still different from the hotel. The bathroom is equipped with a disposable toilet seat (Figure 10) and three rolls of toilet paper are given. The most attractive thing is the large projection. There is the free membership rights of Tencent video. It seems that the effect is also very good. Speaking of projection, I have to say sorry to the hotel here, it is about the projection. The last time I stayed (June this year), I should not have figured out this projection, because the projection membership rights are differentiating software (such as Aurora TV and kiwi fruit, etc.), I seem to have used kiwi fruit last time, and there is no membership rights, in fact, it may be Aurora TV. But I didn't know this situation last time, and then I gave a lower score on the facilities. Now I want to review it, and the time limit is over, so let's talk here. Why do I say this now? It is because this stay, the first use of kiwi fruit, found that there is no membership rights, and then tried it with Aurora TV, you can watch the member video normally, and then suddenly think of the last stay. In short, this projection is really good, and I like it very much. I hope the hotel can maintain this big advantage. Then I have to say two defects. First, in room 2524, Block B, we stayed in, one of the two heating switches in the bathroom bathroom heater was bad, and there was no response (video 2). The second point, which I think is very inappropriate, is that the door of this room has no way to lock, that lock is bad, it feels like the vulture is buttoned (video 1). I think this involves the safety of the guests. Although there are door bolts, it may still make people feel uncomfortable. So, this time, there will be more points deducted in terms of facilities, and I hope that the hotel can repair the door lock of Room 2524, Block B in time. Environment: The hotel is located on the edge of Anshan Station, close to Vientiane Hui, opposite the passenger terminal, and the traffic is very convenient. But the hotel is in the building, and many different hotel rooms are in this building. In other words, there may be a hotel on the first floor. At the same time, some floors may also have some studios or offices, so the staff is mixed. At the same time, there are three elevators leading to the hotel, and the waiting time will be longer during peak times, and sometimes there may even be layers of stops. In fact, there is no way, after all, the layout is like this. As for whether such a layout is good or bad, I think it varies from person to person. Overall, the price/performance ratio of the apartment hotel is still very high, basically every time you stay, you can harvest some memories. This stay is generally worthy of praise, but if the hotel can see this comment, I still hope to pay attention to it in time, especially the door lock problem of Room 2524, Block B, this is the biggest thing. I will come to live next time I have a chance, and I wish the hotel better and better.
