It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection. The area is convenient – ​​you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away. , the Freedom Trail is also nearby. The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars. Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

The location was great for us to do all we needed. It is possible to walk to most places but is also easy to get an Uber. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, but the bathroom a bit tired. Someone had stuffed toilet roll into the door stop and there were patches to the shower, but otherwise it was fine. The warm cookies on arrival were a lovely touch, as were the chocolates left in our room on the second evening. There is a small gym, suitably kitted out, but guests can also use the YMCA gym in operating hours.

A stylish, industrial-themed hotel with a perfect location! It's close to famous breakfast spots and a lobster chain. Two subway stations are practically on its doorstep, and Boston Common is also nearby. Truly close to everything! The room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle, and the shower pressure was quite low. My room key had some vouchers tucked inside, but the front desk didn't offer any information about the hotel's facilities beyond collecting the deposit and handing over the key card – not a single word. However, the cleaning staff and other employees were all very friendly.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the building, across the bridge, and you'll find the JFK metro station. You can take the Red Line from there to Harvard, MIT, and downtown, which is really handy. There's a Star Market near the subway station, good for grabbing some food, though there aren't many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff, especially the sweet young lady from Guangzhou who wears glasses, was quite enthusiastic. The other Asian-looking staff, I'm not sure if they were Chinese, weren't as friendly, so I didn't get to chat with them. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. The foreign drivers are also very friendly. I booked a pickup when I landed, and even though it was just me, they still came to get me, saving me a good few tens of dollars. The room was quite spacious, and you can get two cookies from the front desk every day. Overall, it was a good stay, but hotel prices in Boston are seriously expensive!

One restaurant. Just had some breakfast there. A bit pricey, but it is a Hilton. The gym is 5 star. Not a typical hotel gym. This was a highlight. Rooms are fairly large. 2 bottles of water provided in room. Bathroom was large. And for The price per night I paid via Trip.com , it was a bargain compared to other properties in the area. A short walk to Newbury St., and about a 15-20 walk to Fenway.
