AAnonymous UserThe positive service of Trip.com made me stay at this hotel because the hotel decoration I originally planned was closed. The hotel is old castle-style, the room is a two-story loft style, the external environment is general, the hotel layout is a bit interesting, the service is warm and friendly, and the English communication is not smooth except for the manager.
