"The description says there's parking. There isn't! The hotel is located on a narrow street between two restaurants and the gendarmerie. There's paid parking on the way to the museum. My parking spot was about 300 meters uphill on a paved road. We stayed in rooms 201 and 107. Both were dark and tiny, so small that the bathroom door wouldn't open more than a third of the way. The rooms smelled of damp and sewage. I booked a room with a mountain view, but it turned out to be a tiny room with a window overlooking a fence and a restaurant. In the mornings, people were noisy and smoking, making it impossible to open the window. The air conditioning in the room, which was completely taken up by the bed, was dangerous to use. The worst part was that there was only one person working at the hotel that evening, a man. He didn't speak English and was completely indifferent to us. He showed no desire to help with our problems or even explain how to solve them. When someone doesn't want to help, even Google Translate is powerless. In the morning, we had a typical Turkish breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We didn't make it to the restaurant that evening, and no one invited us there."

"Excellent place – very atmospheric. It's a shame we only stayed one night, but there's always next time. Some reviews mention a sewer smell in the bathroom, and unfortunately, that's true. Even though the weather was cool, the smell in the bathroom was noticeable, almost as if the sewage stack wasn't properly vented. But that's the only downside. Everything else was great: perfect cleanliness, wonderful shower gel and shampoo, and they even provide loofahs! We'll definitely be back!"

"We stayed in Gleen Hotel and we had a very nice experience. Only, we had a very pleasant accommodation above our expectations. The rooms were very wide, clean and useful. It was very nice to have a garden room especially for us. The fact that Jakozili rooms have also a beautiful detail. The staff's interest and sincerity is really worth it. Everyone laughs, warm and helpful. Even when we had a little need, they helped immediately and did everything in their power for the guest's pleasure. Thank you in particular to Mr. Fırat and Lady Aslı, they really cared very well about us. We stayed with our 2.5-year-old daughter. As a child-friendly family we were very comfortable in the sea, restaurant and the green areas of the hotel. Our daughter had a very nice time. I think it's a great advantage for children-friendly families. We also liked restaurant dinner, especially food was delicious. Breakfast was very varied and feeding; you can find many things you're looking for on the table. In short, cleaning, rooms' width, staff's interest, food, sea and green areas have been a place where we were very happy to family. I recommend especially to children's families with pleasure.
