GGuest UserGood place. nice, handsome people. I needed to postpone the check out 1h and it was possible. The room smells huid. The walls with humidity. It was difficult to breathe in the room. The morning when I was waking, the walls and windows filled with water/humidity.
I work in Health. I know this is a very serious condition for the respiratory health of those who stay there. One night I had to sleep with the openest window to smell the humidity. I think they were in the room, and I think they were in the room, and I was not informed that they would come in without my knowledge.

GGuest UserWe very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais. The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University. The facilities were fine. My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it. I missed that point in the reservation. Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance. We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in. Once in, we were very well looked after. Thanks so much to Mariannna!

AAngelSantibañezThe hotel is very well located with very friendly and competent staff, good service, friendlyness and information. The hotel was very clean and well-signified, and the room was comfortable enough but there was a small table because there was nowhere to put the computer for normal use. Not so the bath was completely insufficient by the size of the bath. It was just in, and for example to use the washing machine simply to wash your hands was swallowed the whole floor as it was ”minimalist” of 30x20 cm.; the cup of the bathroom without little place and the shower-mampara just to be able to move. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

GGuest UserA comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave.
Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.
