GGuest UserThe staffs were all great, they gave us welcome drinks when we arrived and they even moved us to a larger room since someone occupied the one that we originally booked. They also have very good breakfast and quality food at PIG OUT BISTRO hotel’s restaurant. The location is peaceful and very close to the beach just less than 5 mins walk. The only little problem is just the hot and cold water-sometimes it doesn’t warm but maintenance to the rescue. Overall if i would come back to boracay i will still stay in this hotel.

RRalph AngelesWe stayed there from 12 Sept to 16 Sept and it was a great experience. First the hotel's location is very practical as it is between the White beach and bulabog beach and surrounded with stores and restos. The room experience is 10/10 as during our stay we experienced a storm and multiple times the electricity has been cut-off but in just few seconds the generator started. Kudos to thats. The internet connections is very decent. The room is clean and housekeeping frequently can be found on the floor ready to render any help and to be ask to clean our room. The swimming area is decent just need a little bit cleaning of the pool. The hotel's resto is very good, food is delicious and in good portion. Hotel's resto is very accommodating. The only comment is that if it is not possible to have a buffet breakfast atleast add more breakfast menus to have more options but other than that the food is great. And lastly special mention to Ms. Shar of front desk, she has a very welcoming aura, always smiling and very accommodating even though we are just passing through the front desk we always seeing her smile and she is very jolly. Overall the stay is great and will certainly book again to Ferra. Thanks to all the hotels staff.

GGuest UserWonderful Stay at Ferra Premier – Loft Room Experience. We stayed in the Loft Room at Ferra Premier and had a great experience overall. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Upon arrival, they served us a refreshing welcome drink that tasted like cucumber juice. My family and I really liked the loft-style beds – they were very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was how the staff surprised my son with a birthday song and cake. While we were out, they even decorated the living area with birthday decorations. When we returned to the hotel, my son was genuinely surprised and happy. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The staff were all so kind, accommodating, and generous. We’re not very picky with food, and we found the breakfast to be nice and satisfying. One downside was the location. It’s a bit far from the main beach areas (Stations 1, 2, 3), which was challenging for us since we were traveling with a senior, a PWD, and kids. Walking to D’Mall took about 10 minutes, which can feel tiring after a full day of activities. The hotel is near Bulabog Beach (the back beach), but it’s not ideal for swimming due to strong currents and many water activities happening there. On our fourth day, we tried swimming there, but it wasn’t recommended as there were many fallen tree branches in the water. However, it’s a nice spot for taking photos. Some friendly locals even offered to help take pictures and videos — just remember to give them a small tip. One issue we had was on our last night. I wasn’t able to sleep well because I’m a light sleeper, and there seemed to be a residential house nearby where people were playing billiards, laughing, and playing music late into the night. They were clearly enjoying themselves, but the noise made it hard for me to rest. Despite that, I still really liked the hotel. The service and kindness of the staff made our stay special.

RREE22The service has been commendable. Location is in Station 1, very convenient. However, we would like to suggest ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and kept up to date. One of the air conditioning units in our room has been reported and repaired multiple times, but it still fails to cool the room adequately. As a temporary solution, we opted to borrow electric fans instead. 😅

AAnonymous UserStaffs are very accommodating. They allow us to leave our luggages and belonging while wating for us to check in. This hotel are perfect for those who wants a peaceful vibes. 2-3minutes walking to the beach, they have a pathway going to beach. Their swimming pool is clean and the water is warm. Overall my friends and I enjoyed so much. I highly recommended this place.

Lluisa_ibasanWe enyoyed our stay in that hotel in Boracay. Rooms are clean and thre staff very friendly and kind. Its just that the room has 1 mirror which installed only in the bathroom, no table in the room, no phone to call front desk, slow internet and the room was in a different building from the front desk.
Station 3, this location was great and perfect as not surrounded by loud places but at the right place to walk yet get a good nights sleep. This hotel is a very good choice when it comes to price.

GGuest UserWhen we reached our hotel room, we found out that there was no cover for the aircon. But after few . Overall the staff are very kind and hospitable. The room is clean. minutes they fixed it with a tape/plaster.

Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions.
The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.
