Guest UserIt's great to be back at the Renaissance Permas Jaya. Our last visit was a couple of years ago, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel has been just as well maintained as we remembered.
Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, as there were plenty of nearby local eateries where we enjoyed our meals. Overall, thank you to the Renaissance team for another wonderful experience, from the swift check-in process to promptly accommodating our room service request!
We look forward to returning again in the future.

Guest UserCleanliness is great as it is still new. But i was quite surprised to see how the entire building looks like when we arrived. The carpark like normal housing carpark, the swimming pool is shared to public. We booked two rooms, one room power trip for twice, one room sewage blocked.. bed is comfortable, aircon is cool! But the overall experience doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like dormitory outside the room.

RachellseOverall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating.
Cleanliness:
There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose.
Service:
Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve.
Location & Amenities:
There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel.
Food:
The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice.
The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings.
Value for Money: 3/5
Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

FurfurchesterThe room is clean and its location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around that area. Thai, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan and local cuisines. Really spoilt for choice. In this trip, I chose a Korean restaurant for our dinner.

Anonymous UserV3 Hotel & Residence Seri Alam is a good-value, mid-range hotel with a very convenient location, close to food outlets, shops, and Regency Specialist Hospital. Rooms are basic and comfortable for short stays, though some guests note inconsistent cleanliness and limited soundproofing. Breakfast is simple but acceptable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a practical choice for short visits, business, or medical stays, especially if location and affordability are priorities.

Anonymous UserA nice place to stay, just a walking distance to kipmart, eco shop and food stalls.
My tv had no signal, and the hair dryer was not working. Hopefully can be fixed.
The cleanliness of the room is overall satisfying. Will definitely come back.

Anonymous UserThe hotel has decent lobby and the room is clean. We booked the family room and it is quite spacious. We checked in at 10pm and checked out before 10am the next day. The guy during check-in didn’t bother to stand up from his chair or greet us at all - not the usual Malaysian hospitality one had hoped. The hotel is located somewhere in industrial/warehouse area with no eateries nearby. It’s okay for an overnight stay or if you have a car.

Flora HeeRoom abit small as I book deluxe double bed. Sound proofing is not that good, still can hear the people talking at outside or sound of door close.
There is a lot of restaurant nearby, location is good.
